hey guys hope your all well. just stumbled across this website and started reading and i am hooked. thanks for all the guys that post really detailed information . just gonna order my first [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) now. wouldn’t mind some suggestions. i am 23 6ft tall , slim/medium build average looking from a Hispanic background . i am quite shy sometimes and bit anti social probably because of it . really just want to meet some new people and maybe hook up with some girls . never really had much luck in club or bar scene , always a bit low on confiendence and see feel a bit down when i leave alone and my friends are leaving with yet another girl. i think i will get ammo , turn up the heat and instant openness as my first . any feedback would be great ---

Welcome to the forum. I’d say you’re going a bit heavy on the ~none (TUTH and Ammo) for a first order. you might want to look at [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) in place of TUTH. Later, as part of the next order (this stuff can get addicting) you can get TUTH and when you’ve met someone, use the TUTH just before hitting the sack. Good luck. ---

Haha at first I thought you said you were 23 feet tall. I was like “Nah that dude’s lieing!” Anyway welcome and I think you have made good choices so far. As for [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), it is currently unavailable for … well nobody knows how long. But as for my suggestion, I think you may want to stay away from Turn Up The Heat for now as Ammo may be enough to give you that sexual, masculine vibe. I’d also suggest some Instant Shine for that confidenct boost. ---

Hello there and welcome. Your choices will get you some attention, but Turn Up The Heat has no social buffers so it is quite challenging to use in, obviously, social situations… it’s best used on those we are already intimate with. Ammo is a good choice for a sexual product that is useful in all situations without the harsh sexual signals you could send out unbuffered, like with TUTH. Now, in your case you should look at [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) such as Instant Shine to counter your introversion, like mentioned above. It can truly make a great first impression, and that is really important when meeting new people 😃 Ammo, Instant Shine, and Instant Openness sounds like a great purchase considering what you’ve told us. TUTH is good for sexual situations and atmospheres but since your shy and anti social you need something that will get you interacting and create more comfort with others. thanks guys for all the advice , i think i will order some more off the instant shine, openness and [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/). to boost my confidence and get me out there talking to people and girls especially . i still think i will order some ammo and mix it up with the others just to experiment and see the reactions i get . i will also venture out to some clubs and bars with the female persuasion. can anybody recommend a good mix to get some attention at these venues ?
