thats a link on how you should start out and finding your sweet spot with the products. You can always start a journal in the mens journal section thread as well to report and recall on your own doses and products and effects and members love to read others experiences ! Would be very interesting to see how your mones pan out in putting you ahead of your friend in the girl getting.
