My name is Ahmet, and im new to this scene. i am 20 years old male living in the UK, London. I thought id sign up to see whether these things are actually real, so im going to give it a try. Im not a very shy person, although can be sometimes if im not totally up for it, or if i havnt drank some beer lol. Im really just up for attracting girls at bars, clubs and in general public places. Maybe you guys could recommend a few things to me? also, how long does the on the go bottles last for? ---

Hi Ahmet Welcome to the forum it’s always cool to see someone else from the UK around. 🙂 The to-go bottles contain about 40 sprays - if my memory serves me well - so how long they last depends how many sprays you use each time. The amount needed for best results varies a bit from person to person, and also age can play a part as younger people tend to have quite a few of their own pheros to start with - phero production declines as you get older! obviously, as a girl I don’t know all the male pheros, but from what I have read, you might want to look at Instant Shine to give you that feel-good vibe, Ammo to give you a sexy edge that isn’t too overpowering and hence threatening to women, and I think [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) might be good for you as it encourages people to chat. Heya Ahmet, welcome to pherotalk, for attracting girls you would probably want to try out ammo, instant female magic, instant shine and turn up the heat (be careful with ammo and TUTH as they both contain androstenone which is easy to overdose at our age, which can make guys agressive and girls scared, or even worse attract mature women 😉 ---
