After reading that thread, look at the Application Points and IOI stickies in the Mens forum for more excellent info.
As for what to use, at 34 and if the women you are interested in are of similar age (ie late 20s-up) then a fairly overt status/sexual mixture will probably be in order. Look at something like 2x Ammo, TUTH and IJ for sexuals, and IG, A314 for the status component and Instant Shine, IO or IH for moderation.
