Trych! Welcoem to the forum and great to see you have already done some study. You do have the right mindset, as pheromones are not a magic potion but they certainly can help. Normally I would recommend Ammo but at your age you might be producing enough -none already, would not want you to overdose - maybe try just 1 spray per day.
