Hey guys! Well lets start out, im 20yrs old, consider myself good looking and in shape. I first found out about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) on a show “Its Effing Science” in the very beginning of June. Now I also am huge into nutrition and supplements, and this blew me away! This was the edge that no diet or roids(I do not do!!!) can do for girls coming to me! I am shy and modest, also having a girlfriend for 4 years my flirt is very strong…When I first discovered pheromones was when we first broke up (found out she slept with someone else ☹ ) So my self confidence was in the crap and I was having a tough time moving on or attracting girls. Well those are some strong results. Just know that alot of what happened has to do with you and just the mones, so congrats on that! I would really recommend getting some socials. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine are a good place to start. IF you haven’t gotten that $25 gc you can even pick up IH with them and have 3 good things to experiment with. Instant Openness causes quantity of chat to go up. Instant Shine is a mood booster. Hey there Welcome to the forum. 🙂 I see you already are having fun with the pheros here. Thank you for sharing your experiences. Dont limit your use to just the sexual attractants. Pheromones can help you in work and in everyday interaction with people to. Round out what you have been using with things like IO Ishine and IH. Welcome to Pherotalk Sumara! Wow, you certainly are getting some great results with these products. I think you should start to experiment with more and with different products to see the effects that they have in your life. I hope you are sharing your experiences with the members on the forum.
