Hi there im a boy called lex, all the way from belgium. I like to hang out with my friends and play soccer. i accidently came on this site. and i think its interesting, maybe ill buy something but im not quit sure yet. So yea here i am basically not sure what to type here , apart from that my english is pretty sh\*it. But i have a question for you guys mayb you can help me with it. If you spray your [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) on, do you feel any effect of it on yourself? thanks ---

Hey there Lex, welcome to the mone forum!!! The Self Effects of mones is not certain. I’ve read about people using mones and get NO self effects, but plenty of effects on those around them. When I first started, I got some effects from the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), but, with time and continual usage, I’ve seen these effects deminish. Like going from lovely SOUNDS in Surround Sound 5.1 Dolby experience to a Toyota Car Stereo SOUND. In me, at least, I still get a bit of self effects. Tell us a bit about your personality and what would you do with the mones you do get… what do you want to get out of using them. You can start to qualify for the GC and try out some for yourself! 🙂 ---

Hi Lex - Welcome to Pherotalk. Yes, IME some pheros can affect you but as mentioned above, the effect is variable and diminishes with regular exposure. The most consistant effects are from none and A314 oil IME but as a young guy, you don’t want to be spraying a great deal of none on yourself ass you are already producing a fair bit - it can end up as offputting to folk around you and A314 may not sit with your personality and social/professional outlook - You could tell us a bit more about that to see what we think. ---
