hey Im Tom Trantow Im 20 years old and I go to college at CU Boulder. I came to this sight thinking that pheramones were going to be a load of crap but after doing some reasearch i realized that this stuff might actully work ( would still like some reasurance ) but anyways i was wondering if there were any pheros that help to break the ice so that i can start talking to a girl, because my problem is, I am a nice enough guy and once i get to know a girl and i feel comfortable with them i am ok with the ladies…but I have to see them so much before any of this takes place because im too shy to go talk to a girl ive never talked to before because my confidence or something is to low lol. Hi Tom, Welcome to the forum. For the ice breaking, IO is the choice. It can open up girls and make them want to talk to you. You will enjoy lots of conversation with girls. IH will make them talk eper with you. Thewill feel ike they know you for long time. They will be closer to you. SHine is to couter your shyness. It can boost your confidence ad uplift your mood. Now dont expect to put afew spritz of turn up the heat on and have the women maul you, but it will ease the way. jamesbonded suggests some good ones. Only thing i would add is maybe abit of ammo. ammo is general use attractant phero with a pleasant smell. good luck man and dont forget to report back about your experiences ---

They will go a long way towards getting girls to open up to you, and the ammo may help them approach you.
