hi everyone, i am a 22 year old male from reading, pa. I am completely new to the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and can’t wait to give it a try. I’m very outgoing and loves to party. After reading about all the hits, I am very eager to get the fun started. I plan to purchase ammo and maybe some instant shine. hopefully this will work and i will also be enjoying life more due to this :] ---

Hey, your first choice for pheromones is a great one. AMMO is an all in one awesome product for attraction while IS also serves as a great confidence booster and helps you by making you feel good, with IS also having some attraction properties on its own by making you seem vibrant. This will also qualify you for a GC which Steve will send to you when he is going over the intro’s. thank you guys for your input..im a pretty funny guy and i can carry on a conversation with someone. The thing i lack is respect from my peers and for people to take me more serious. so what would be a good [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) to start with for that? plus a little something to make me stand out from the rest of the crowd wouldnt hurt. ---

Hey there, and welcome aboard! The more serious/respect pheromones will tend to be the ones that are primarily androsterone based, sometimes androstenone based. If I was looking for respect, I would go for either A314 or [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). I have experienced the respect results of A314 many times, but never used IG; you’ll have to ask others for info on that. A314 is very good for seriousness and respect, among other things. I would suggest spending a lot of time using it by itself and getting to know how people respond at different dosages, and how different dosages affect you, before trying to mix it with something else. A314 will make you stand out from the crowd, too, because it gives a smooth, mature, leader-of-men type vibe. Wear too much, and it will literally set you apart from the crowd because others won’t feel like they deserve to be in your presence. That’s why I suggest testing it and learning it by itself before mixing. Ammo is a great product too, and paired with Instant Shine and Instant Openness, is a lot of fun. Instant Shine and Instant Openness, without Ammo, are fun too. Enjoy! ---

Hi and welcome to the forum. I’m glad you headed Tisha23’s advice and added some more so that we can all better help you with suggestions. At 22 years old I would most probably go with the IG over the A314. For one it is a youthful ALPHA vibe and shows you older and wiser than your years. Where as A314, not to mention but out of stock too, but it has a way of some time coming off aloof if not used right. Personally I would stay away from the IO and Ishine if you are not getting the respect you deserve. Try some IH instead which is for deeper more serious conversations. Maybe even a tiny smidgen of IJ instead of the Ammo. This will give you that bad-boy persona that everyone either respects or is scared of. Welcome to PheroTalk. **I am sending your GC** ---
