# Hey! New to the forum & pheromones

Welcome Raymond,

Congratulations!Your first baby, it is a special time for both of you and it can be a bit frustrating as well so just try to prepare for the worst but expect the best.

It is not advised that you use pheromones around the developing feutus or babies.There is a link where some women were asking about this and I will try to find it to include in this thread.

For easing your way into conversation and to make ppl feel chatty around you I suggest IO
