Hello all, I am 30 year old male from the California Bay Area. It is good to see such a large and active community dedicated to use of pheromones, because I guess that means this stuff works. Well, I will find out soon once the 2.5 mcg TUTH I ordered arrives. I admit, I’m in this mainly to enhance my quality and quantity of experience with such diversity of beautiful ladies in my area, aged 18-25 are my preference. As far as my personality, I would say that I am more naturally inclined towards the introverted side (prefer quiet, relaxing, intimate evenings with a young lady for example), but can be social and assertive when the situation calls for it (going into loud party environments to meet said lady). Another note is that I ordered the TUTH because I kinda hypothesized that it would add a raw sexual edge to my usually β€œnice” guy demeanor, as I dread the f word (friend) from women I am attracted to. So my questions are: 1. Can Turn up the Heat be used successfully as a standalone with female friends as I ante up my signals of romantic/sexual interest? 2. Can Turn up the Heat be used successfully by itself in general? (bars/clubs, bookstores, cafes, supermarkets, etc.) 3. Am I right in saying that for general purposes in variety of environments, ordering Ammo first, and perhaps [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) to go with it, would have been a better bet? If so, at age 30, in good physical shape, should I order the regular dosage of Ammo or the Ammo 2x? 4. Should cologne be used to cover up TUTH, Ammo, and IS? If so, what type? I currently use Ralph Lauren Polo. Looking forward to your replies. ---

Welcome. #3 - yes. 1x 1 & 2 - tricky. Wait till you have some experience with ammo. 4 - use your judgement and your smell. You’re unlikely to go wrong. ---

Welcome to the forum. TUTH can be tricky - like GWTW said learn how to use [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) first and then try the Ammo. You can use the IShine either with the Ammo or both as a standalone. Tuth really works best when there is definite chemistry and even history there. It will may not do much with strangers or just good friends. In fact a heavy dose may well chase them off and give you a horn dog rep. So just be a little careful. Even clubbing I would recommend using IShine with the TUTH. Layer by applying the TUTH first then the IShine. Anything else? ---

Hello WhiffMe Nice nickname btw πŸ™‚ Good to have you here in Pherotalk so welcome to the forum πŸ™‚ It is good that you are keen on trying pheros here & even bought yourself a bottle of TUTH, that’s great πŸ™‚ Ok i will try my best to answer your questions there. 1. It depends but there is a high chance if you are good at your signals of sexual/romantic interest. 2. Well that depends too & most of the places that received good feedback is from bars/clubs. 3. Yes, that is right but you consider using TUTH as well. Get AMMO at 2X as it suits your age there. 4. Well sorry i’m not too sure about this & i prefer using the pheros without any cologne maybe someone else that is experienced could help you there πŸ™‚ Hope that helps & good luck πŸ™‚ ---

Thanks for the reply guys. Based on all the info here, and some further tidbits from Steve, I have ordered the Ammo x1 (to see how that goes for now, and see about x2 in the future depending on how I handle x1), and IShine x1. With the GC I have also ordered To-Go bottles of Instant Openness, Instant Honesty, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), and Instant Jerk just for kicks (and to have them all ride on the same free overnight shipping πŸ™‚). Looks like I’m going to have a fairly solid arsenal. I can’t wait to try them out. ---

It sounds like you have a pretty well balanced set of products. I wold use the Ammo or IG as your base on a daily basis and go from there. ---
