well… im a male who is 18 years and live in Houston, TX United States. Welcome iaintsprung! Lol funny name 🙂 For attracting girls, ammo will work the best. BUt since you are young, use only one spray and you will already have good and impressive results. Instant openness will also help you. People will want to talk to you more, more conversations means deeper they know you and can feel a connection or attraction for you, on many occasions. Any other goals on using pheros, more specifically, not just attraction? ---

Hey Iaint, and welcome to our lil forum! Make sure to take alook at the stickies in the men’s section to gain valuable information on the fabulous products here as well as some of the users experiences and things to avoid. At 18 you could try using a little bit of Ammo to get the ladies attentions, but dont go overboard as at your age you really dont need much. The social pheros are a greatplace for anyone to start. Instant Shine gives you a really good positive vibe and makes others around you feel good. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) gets people talking around you and Instant Honesty had people opening up to you and telling you personal things. This can be amazing with women as we really are attracted to guys we can connect with on a personal level. How do women relate to you now? Are you really comfortable around the ladies? thanks for the welcomes and well… im probably going to use it in college and stuff because i have like 3+ hours to spare every day and well im pretty comfortable around girls and like i can become good friends with them but normally **nothing** more then that… im a pretty friendly person and i dont make people people feel uncomfortable around me… and i see that i should be getting ammo for myself but the issue is that i already ordered myself some “turn up the heat” thingy and the “pherlure” (everywhere on the internet there were great reviews on this product) so should i still go for ammo? and if not how often should i use each (# of sprays) and where should i spray them… thanks for your help ---

supposedly you should start with 2 sprays and maybe progress to 3 later on. You spray the pheros to your throat, side of neck, back of neck, chest and hair helps with diffusion ^\_\< ---

Welcome iaintsprung! TUTH is not recommended for people of your age. Most people in this forum reported Pherlure to be not working but there are a few here reported + result. For your age, you should try some social phero like IS, IH and IO. ---

I would definetly get some ammo I think it will work quite well at your school. And you may want to throw in a togo of instant honesty. If girls are comfotable around you that is a good place to be starting from. IH will allow for deeper conversations, you may find girls open up to you even more. If a girl is comfy sharing her deep thoughts then you are at a good point. The ammo will add a sexual note to your persona which will be perfect! TUTH is a fun produtc but as a younger person I would only use a half a spray to a spray. This is a strong product for a woman to take in but used properly it can be very effective. However, I wouldnt use TUTH at school if I were you, it is totally the wrong context. This product is a very sexual one and should only be used when sex is the next obvious step for both parties. If you use it at school where women dont have a readily active sexual opportunity grumpy, catty women can result. For where to spray starry gave some good reccomendations. The socials are good for the back of neck and hair and ammo and TUTH is great to the chests. Otherwise if you find a pulse point, you can spray or spread to there. Hope these suggestions help! It will give a mature masculine aura many women find attractive. If you are going to use a anone product, ammo will probably work better for you than tuth. Straight anone as in tuth has potential drawbacks for someone your age. The “bootcamp” sticky at the top of the men’s forum goes into a little bit of detail on this. ---

Tight!!! I checked the progress on “[Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/)” to see what stage it was in and was only processing today so i email them, if they could switch it with Ammo and like 30 minutes later they changed it up for me… That was Quick!!! So YESS im getting Ammo now… so how much ammo should i use with Pherlure? and should the girls react to it and to what level can i expect them to be able to go to… ---

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) will be much easier for you to use. When starting to use any product your best bet is to start with one spray and est it out for the day, then use 2 the next day, then3 the next etc etc, until you find the perfect doese for you. You most likely wont need very many though. With regard to using it with Pherlure, I wouldnt. Pherlure is a product that many have used with not many positive results. So if I were you I would keep the testing of the 2 seperate. Hope your enjoying the forum! CC ---
