hey guys, I’m totally new to [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and I’m not gonna lie I’m still kinda skeptic. But i have decided to man up, take action and see for myself if they actually work, and i really hope this works. I was wondering what kinds of pheromones (products) you would recommend for a newbie like myself? Info abt myself: I’m a 21 year old male. I work out on a regularly and I am physically fit. I’m usually good with girls but I broke up with my girlfriend recently (we’ve been together for 3 years) and i need something to help me out in the club or the bars and just give me that extra boost in confidence and sexuality. any advice??? ---

Hey man, welcome! It’s OK, I was also a skeptic at first, in fact you can even search for my first intro post as well. And now here I am, non-stop [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) action for me. So it’s normal to feel this way, thanks to the $25 GC you’ll be able to try this out to little or no cost at all so you can see for yourself. I’m sorry about your dilemma, I’m sure you’re still hurting. I suggest IO for social ice breaking and to help feed conversation and keep the flow going, IH to deepen social relationships, and AMMO for all around general attraction. Welcome to the forum, zeppelin! Don’t worry a bit about being a skeptic. A lot of us were at first. Mikoto pretty much already recommended the best products for you. You might also try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), but if you follow his advice, you’ll have two great socials and a sexually attractive mix. How did you first learn about pheromones and this forum, by the way? I look forward you hearing about your results, and I hope everything works out for you. Like Vespero said, Instant Shine’s good for confidence. I spray it on the front of my neck, get good self-effects there. Also makes you seem friendly and approachable. Being a young guy, you might try [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). That is supposed to make you seem a little older, more mature, and so on. But still approachable. Some users have said that Instant Jerk makes them more confident, in a kind of cocky way, but I’m told it has a very polarising effect, it can get you into fights with other guys unless mixed with “nicer” pheromone mixes like Instant Shine. (That’s something I want to try, but haven’t got any Jerk yet). ---
