Evening everyone! I’m 19 years old, currently living in Toronto to study. I won’t lie…if I didn’t see the ‘sign up today and get $25’ I’d’ve probably just lurked about 😛 I’m a very open person once I get to know someone but getting to there is my problem. I’m an avid practitioner of martial arts and have no problem there (could call it my forté…) commanding respect but outside of that, I’m not so good :o. I’m currently looking at getting Instant Sunshine as well as A314 to help me with my self confidence in the social world and be more relaxed. Then maybe I’ll move on to other areas 😃 As for how I found this place, I remember finding this place a few years ago but completely forgot about it. I just recently saw an ad for [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and immediately though of here…though I had to google ‘pheromone forum’… thank god it was the first result eh 😛 Oh and I’m curious to get some opinions…I just recently (as in a few hours ago) got peer pressured - gotta love your friends eh? - into get my head shaved…I think I looked weird and wanted to know others’ opinions on this in general! ---

Hi and welcome! To help get conversation started, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is great. It also helps with confidence and shyness in social situations. Instant Shine is another good one to start with. It will give both your mood and the moods of those around you a nice boost, and give you a positive vibe that others will want to be around. HI MuDo, Welcome to the forum. YOu have choose 2 great pheromones. A314 will get you the respect and trust needed. People will seems to listen to you more. It gives you a strong alpha vibe. Instant SHine is for boosting confidence and lighten mood. People will also uplift around you. Give them a try and do post your result. Cheers ---

Hey guys thanks for the replies! Ya, the main reason I was looking at A314 as well as the Instant Shine is because they have the effect on the user as well. Does the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) have an effect on the user as well? Oh and one more thing…A314 is out of stock (and a few others I was glancing at) and was wondering how often you have to wait before they become available again. Thanks in advance! ---

Hi MuDo, welcome to the forum. You have made some excellent choices. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is so versatile, it is one of my favorites. It is a mood lifter that just makes people feel good. It can be a confidence boost for the wearer and gives you an air of youthful vigor and fun. Yes, pheromones do have an affect of the wearer. If you’re wearing a phero and don’t want to experience the effects yourself, try wearing it on the back of the head or somewhere it doesn’t immediately waft up your nose. However, the self-effects that you experience on the first few wearings usually aren’t so strong later on. It is a matter of your brain becoming adjusted to the signal. The pheros still strongly affect the people you come into contact with, though. I don’t think a shaved head looks weird, although I wouldn’t be crazy about my SO having that way all the time. He and my son shaved their heads a few years ago to show support for Grandpa who had lost his hair to chemo. It was a sweet gesture, so that he wouldn’t have to be bald alone. Since then they have both shaved their heads again, but not very often. The great thing is that it grows back, so don’t worry, you aren’t stuck with that look if you don’t like it. ---

Nothing wrong with being bald: just ask my friend Neil Strauss, one of this worlds greatest PUA’s. Welcome to PheroTalk. You’ve made some pretty good choices in selecting mones. I think you might mean Ishine instead of Instant Sunshine, but yeah we get it. Although it would be pretty cool if we all had a bottle of Sunshine like Frotto did in Lord of the Rings. Of course I’d personally rather have a meetup with Liv Tyler. LOL. Anyway I wanted to welcome you again and let you know **your GC is being emailed to you** here in just a little while.
