Hi! I’m a 27 year old female from California, and I am very excited to begin experinent with pheromones! I am here because I have fairly severe social anxiety disorder, and greatly hope to gain benefit in both my interpersonal and romantic relationships. Welcome to the forum.

You might want to try IO and IH to enhance purely social relations. They tend to make talking with people easier. IS might be helpful too just to enhance your confidence.

From there one can branch to the more explicitly sexual mixes, but you might consider starting with the more social ones.

I think your picks are great to start with but add the IO like Gone with the wind suggested to help you feel more comfortable openning up.
