Hi everyone, Ive found this site by searching the web, and thought it would be pretty cool to just give it a try. Im pretty stoked about what [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) could do for me. I am a little shy and would love something that could make me more open and also have girls come talk to me. also i would love to attract more females. Can you guys help me with the best attractants? Ive never really had a problem attracting females but I would love some extra help. THanks guys and gals ---

Hey there Xransome!!! A big welcome to you to the mone forum!! PHEROTALK!!! Glad you could come in and share in the amazingness that is mones and this cool forum!! Shyness, you say?! Well, that is a condition that some IS and IO could help correct! 😃 I love my IS, as its like my smile in a bottle… I put it on and feel at ease with myself and others around me get a relaxed to be around me feeling. The IO just ups the chatter from you and those around you. Now, if this is an issue of confidence in yourself, I’d also suggest IG which gives me a confident step in my walk. I feel in control and ready for anything that is brought to my attention… others get a signal from me of a cool, confident, guy… the guy in the social group you ask, where do you think we should go?! Of course, these mones are signals… they won’t do all the work for you. They put out that signal of confidence for example, but if you shrink back from stating your thoughts, then, its a mixed signal… your mone signal isn’t congruent with your attitude… so you have to step it up as well!! Glad to be of help and wish you well in whatever you decide to do!!! 🙂 Oh, and what kind of gals, in general are you looking at attracting? Approximate age group and personality? ---

Hi Xransome - Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 1Alpha lays it out nicely for the socials but might I also suggest you consider [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) - Which is a balanced sexual/attractive formula that will also give you a healthy confidence boost from its none content and will complement the likes of IS, IO, IH & IG nicely. Some more info on the ladies you are interested in would also help us advise better - In general, younger women (teens-early 20s) will be responsive to a far smaller amount of none than older. ---
