Hey guys! My name is Clyde. I’m 24, soon to be 25 and very curious about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). A few of my friends have used them in the past and we got talking about it, so I decided I’d try it for myself. I’m a huge sports fan. Pretty much all sports, but football is my biggest obsession, both college and pro. I have my degree in psychology. I am currently in graduate school. And I live in the Chicago area. Another part of what brings me here, other than curiosity, is my long time girlfriend and I broke up about 4 months ago and I’m looking to attract some new girls. You know, girls that blow my ex out of the water haha. It’s time to get back in the saddle! I tried some of my buddy’s ammo a few times but never really noticed any hits off of it. So I’m not quite sure what to get for my first purchase, but I’m open to suggestions! I spend most of my time in a classroom setting and when I go out it’s usually to some kind of sports bar. I’d prefer something that would get hits with not a lot of work on my part, but wouldn’t we all haha! I look forward to talking with everyone! ---

Well Clyde, no phero is a magic potion - If only! 😃 You will need to do some work to find out what dose works best for you - This is maybe why you didn’t do so well with Ammo first time. To much can repel or get you ghosted, whilst too little won’t do a lot either, although less rather than more is probably a better approach to the none-based pheros, esp around younger women who can often be more sensitive to none than older. Socials can be a bit different. It is also important you don’t discount the socials for attraction/icebreaking purposes as they can be every bit as important in creating the all-round feelings that promote attraction in women. So maybe consider [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) - Happy/Feelgood, IO - Promotes conversation/bubblieness, or IG - Smooth/suave status but not oppressive/serious as well. Hi there quack and welcome onboard. The Limmer has been very helpful and I do like that you have gotten some of the best support available. Mobo is a great mone user and is right on with his recommendations. I do think that you can do well with socials for younger women. However, as you have only tried AMMO a couple of times without testing for your sweet spot… well, you may not get the results you are looking for. I’d suggest you do IG and IShine and IO. These would can be used for boosting your attraction quotient with the gals. Have you used mones before the AMMO? ---

The ammo I tried I’d say half a dozen times or so. I found that I tended to get compliments on the smell around 3 sprays but not much other than that. I was looking at IH and IO in addition to some others (tuth, a314, IS), but I’m not sure which of those two (IH and IO) would be better as they seem somewhat similar to me. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. The difference between IO and IH is this: IO helps a lot with those intial chatty conversations. It comes across as light and fun. IH on the other hand generates feelings of connection. This often leads to deeper conversations. People will tell you things they feel are very important and often very private. The thing to remember about these products is that they do not make things happen around you. They help you make things happen. So you cannot sit there and wait for stuff to happen. You probably still will have to initiate but these products will help you steer things the way you want them to go. Hope that makes some sense. ---
