Hi guys, new to [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I’m 29 years old, little on the average side. I’m a shy person and would like to be able to change my life around. I have a crush on my best friend’s younger sister. But don’t know how to approach the situation. I’ve know her for a while but we only say hi. What do you guys recommend. Thank you

Well the first thing about mones is that they arent going to change your life on their own they are not some magic power substance that turns you into James Bond. They give the chemical description of that or what ever the combo is you choice but remember to use these and make sure your actions align with what the mones are saying about you. I would recommend [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IO, IS, maybe IG or A314 someone else can give a better idea. Down the road if things become more intimate maybe tuth or you can use that out in a clubbing situation. But anyways welcome!
