Hey guys, i am 24 and from vancouver, bc and of asian decent. I have always been interested in [pheromones](https://a314.com/) but never really found the time to do research. One of my friends told me about this forum so i signed up today and i started to do some reading on the forums. I am planning on getting Alpha A314 + turn up the heat + instant shinei dont know if i should replace one of these with ammo but i will do some more reading. ---

Hi there and welcome to the forums. Personally, I’d recommend getting [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) over turn up the heat. Especially for a beginner. And although you are of Asian descent, and produce relatively less none, your still quite young. If you want more information, read the mens stickies to get a better understanding of pheros. Welcome to the forum Phats I agree with Rattlesnake, ammunition might be a better choice for you than turn up the heat due to age. What situations are you planning to use pheromones? More information would garner better help and advice. Enjoy! ---

Hello welcome to the forum 🙂 I would also suggest you start with ammo, not that I dont think you can handle Turn Up The Heat but ammo is a good all round product and the best product for beginners. I think socials such as Instant shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Honesty would be great as well. Items are currently being worked on and restocked. We got popular very quickly because the products work so well here. The formulator is formulating as fast as he can. In the future you will see some exciting changes so this will not occur as often. You will need to tell us a bit more about yourself to quailfy for the GC. The rules are at the top of the intro forum. If you have any questions just ask 😉 Tisha ---

Situation wise i would use it at my university to test it out on weekdays and at the clubs at night. In a university Situation i want to give off a sense of confidence and i think Alpha A314 would be great for that. As for instant shine, i would love to have a boost in mood and confidence. * * * from everyones suggestion i should get ammo first and then move up to “turn up the heat” right? ---

Welcome. Ammo and TUTH both contain the same amount of androstenone per spray. Difference being, Ammo contains a cologne scent and is buffered with a couple extra happy pheromones. Reason for it being buffered is that in some cases the androstenone signal can be perceived as coming on too strong and scaring chicks off. Also allows you to wear a little more without the negative effects of too much androstenone. TUTH is just straight androstenone. It’s arguably more effective in an already established relationship then used as an attractant. It can be more hit or miss. ---
