I strarted reading into [pheromones](https://a314.com/) a few years ago and became very interested by the science behind it all. Unfortunately I fell for the scam of Pherlure and ordered a few bottles before fully researching it all and got screwed over and kind of lost interest because of that. I recently decided to start reading into again and was real excited to find this site. Looking to order real soon was just wondering the difference between turn up the heat and ammunition before I ordered. Any input would be appreciate thanks! ---

Well I’m a 23 year old from New York and I like to think that I’m actually pretty outgoing. I’ve played hockey and lacrosse almost my whole life and because of that have never really had a problem being in the position to meet women. What you described for TUTH is actually kind of exactly what I’m looking for. My target is a girl I’ve been friends with since we were three, we were always flirty towards each other growing up then both moved away for a few years in college. We’ve been hanging out alone frequently now that we’ve both moved back and we snuggle and I know she likes me she’s just always been conservative and I feel she’s uncomfortable not knowing who I hooked up with in college and whatnot. So you’re outgoing, atheltic and all. So indeed, you have an advantage. But I’d ask what is your ultimate goal with that girl, a long-term relationship AND bed her? Or just bed her and go to the next one? If LTR is something you are considering, get IHonesty. This will help establish truts, bonding. It might help the conservative show her true self up to a certain point. I would add [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for a date. Being young, you can go for Ammo Summer. Neither of us really want a long term relationship, but if we did it’d be with each other so I know the trust is there. From what I’m feeling she wants a hook up buddy that she can actually trust and knows. ---

Hello, welcome to the Forum. Would suggest you to start evening with AMMO and IS. And after some time have a or max 2 spray of TUTH. Start with lower doses not more than 2 sprays . Also remember both AMMO and Tuth are enone products so be cautious on overdosing as they can give you OD. ---

Hi blujays2, Welcome to the site. To really get the full package and truly experience what pheromones can do I suggest the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as it has everything you need to get started including the Ammo and TUTH you are looking for. It has everything from the instant line including MX297 which is a fun life of the party MX. If you can this would be your best bet to get. But you may want a few to try or on a budget and in the end you have to make an order that fits you and your budget, so for that I suggest **Ammo** I actually get a lot more hits from this over TUTH. To grab her attention I would start off with this one. Actually [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is better suited for 18-30 age range. This thing is for attraction and great for day use to and a very nice cologne. **TUTH** This thing is highly sexual and being younger you produce a lot of your own Androstenone which is the main pheromone in this thing. This is usually best used for LMR(Last Minute Resistance). I would start very low 1 spray. But what is nice is she already knows you so starting at 1 spray you should have no issues. ---
