Whats up people, my name is Jonathan and I’m 18 years old and from Sweden. I have always thought and heard pheremones is just a big load of crap. Then I heard about this website and now that I have studied it for a few days I must say that I cant WAIT to get my first bottle and try it out! Any tips on what to start with? I’m completely lost on what to begin with but I feel like Instant openess, A314 (or whatever it was called) or [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) might be a good starter. Which one of them works best by itself ? Thanks =) ---

Hello Jonathan and welcome! Haha, before finding this forum I was convinced too that [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) are fakes, but after reading all the posts from real members here, I kind of changed my mind 🙂 I was totally convinced the first time I tried IO. SO i suggest io for any new members! It is very good at getting conversations and the reactions from people are so obvious that you can miss out! Ammo is great for first timer too. It was on my first order and I really like the attention I got from women 😉 But maybe keep a314 for next order since the results are more subtle, but a314 is very good in longer term results too! ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Both Ammo and IO work well all by themselves. A314 does also but that is more work oriented. For general social or even romance purposes I would recommend Ammo. For general social use I would recommend IO. Depends what you have in mind. ---

Wow people here really are friendly, thats awesome. Just made an order of 4 to-go bottles, instant openess, shine, female magic and ammo. Its great that you can buy small bottles to try different pheremones out! Cant wait to try em out, I’ll try to be careful so I dont make the newbie mistake by spraying em all on at the same time hehe ---

Its great that you can order small bottles to try all kinds of pheremones cheaply. Hello Jonathan Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 The best place to start is with AMMO, its a good all round product. It attracts attention interest and can be mildly arousing. Boosts the confidence to.
