My name is Liz. I’m 18 and I am a college student in the St. Louis, MO metro area. I’m here because I am currently in the process of changing my life for the better. I was depressed and used to do drugs but now I am clean and sober and taking medication for my depression. I want to make friends in this area because I am originally from Chicago, IL. Unfortunately, I went through my whole freshman year a loner, to say the least, and I’m not even that “ugly” or “unfashionable,” per se. In fact, a lot of people tell me or my family that I am attractive, it is just my lack of positive self-esteem that creates this invisible barrier between me and everyone else. I am now aware of this, so it has become easier for me to try to overcome this obstacle. Regardless, I have now found myself in a different, more pleasant state of mind, and I would like to meet people in order to attain some sort of social life. I do not know anyone here in this area, and I know now that I am a bit happier than I used to be and I am more likely to talk to/be more open with people I don’t know. I also got a new job which requires me to promote a company by talking to people in public places, so that is also helping me with my “shyness.” I am seeking information about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for inexperienced users. I am not expecting a miracle, and I am just hoping to “top off” what I already have to offer. It would be nice to have a significant other at some point. Of course, I’m hoping to make some friends first. I would appreciate any information that anyone would like to share. What are good female pheromones that are useful for inexperienced users? I noticed that some of the community uses a combination at the same time, is this more effective, or is there a product that seems to do the trick for the most part? My main goals of pheromones are: - To help make myself more approachable. - To help myself at work by making potential customers likely to want to talk to me or make lead appointments. (More for them to want to talk to me, of course.) - To assist in my journey for better self-esteem by contributing to the routine I have established to help myself reach my goals. Like I said, I would really just like to make friends of both genders so I am able to establish a social group. From there, I think the rest of my goals, like getting a boyfriend, would fall into place. By the way, let’s say I use pheromones once and make a connection with someone who wants to meet again. Is it absolutely necessary to wear the pheromones at every future meeting with this person? Or would it be possible to alternate? Hi there, Welcome to the forum. Welcome to this great community. I suggest you try the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/). IO will make people want to talk to you. It opens up people. You will enjoy more light conversation. IH will make them talk in more personal, deeper and longer. They will feel they know you for long time. Shine is to boost your confidence and counter your shyness. It is a feel good phero. I also suggest MX300. It is good for your job. People will listen to you more as they will feel you are trusted, capable and reliable. Good luck ---

Hello Liz and welcome to the forum. Glad to see you here. I promise you there are a lot of ladies here on the forum - I ust do not see any dropping by yet but they will. JB gave you some good advice. The social products - IO, IH and Ishine are always a great place to start. It is often very easy to see the results with these plus they are useful in just about any situation. I do not have a lot of experience with the women’s products so I am not sure about the MX300. Do a little bit of reading and let us know what you decide to do. ---

I ordered Instant Sexiness and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to try out. Does anyone have any opinions on ISA? The IO is 2x concentrated. I figured it might be helpful. Attraction is a goal of mine. I figured a combination of the two would help. I’m eager to see what happens. If I qualify for the $25 gift certificate I will order Instant Honesty. ---
