Hi everyone call me sickgirl (due to my horrible immune system haha) I am 20 years old, from Canada. i joined to hopefully get some help with life! I have never had a problem with men..i still dont have one, but i gained alot of weight, about 60 pounds, and i’ve been very depressed about it…wondering…Can [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) help me with motivation to lose it? Welcome. [Pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) self effects usually wear off after a while. However, if they can get you feeling better about yourself and life in general that may help with the weight issues. IO and IH are both great for stimulating social interactions and connecting with people. That may help to lift your spirits a bit. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Sickgirl! You are absolutely right about pheromones being like a push up bra to enhance what you already have. When you look a certain way it may increase your confidence although we are told so much that we need to look this way or have this sort of clothes etc or else we are not amazing that our self esteem is most times low even if we are 125 lbs and look like a model.
