Hey I’m LaurenB from the bay area. I stumbled across this site earlier today while I was researching [pheromones](https://a314.com/). At first I was just looking for a way to attract more guys into my life but after reading some post I’m more interested in the effects that these products will have on myself. I’m quite shy and uptight most of the time and am often just trying to find ways to relax and be open to people around me. I only recently became interested in pheromones but am the kind of person who will rush off and buy things instantly if I think they might help my situation. After reading some posts about other peoples experiences I think these products might be a gate way for me to start opening up and just relaxing. like I said I’m fairly new to this and and any advice, feedback, or personal experiences would be really appreciated. The products that I was most curious about were instant sexiness to give me that extra edge when I go out, instant openness and instant honesty to enhance my conversations with people instead of just letting my usual shyness overwhelm me. So I guess my ultimate question would be do pheromones really work or am I just wasting my time? And if they do if you have any suggestions of which ones would be the best to get? ---

They do work! Just don’t expect miracles. Pheromones are more “social lubricant” than anything. Instant Sexiness is a great place to start, as well as IH and IO. Pick up some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) too. Some people get some crazy self-confidence boosts from it. It’s also very uplifting! Hey, welcome to PT! How are you? How is San Franz these days? From my experience, mones work well! It does a lot of different things. It is not magic but is very helpful. Instant Sexiness and IH and IO are great mones to start off with. I suggest you get [instant sexiness B](https://phera.com/product/kitten/) with io and ih since you are a bit shy! Hi there, LaurenB! A warm and sunny welcome to you from rainy southern California!!! Really, to help you get out of your shyness and unwind, I’d suggest the IShine and IO combo. The IShine can help out so much by its lonesome. Take a look at my thread on my sig, amazing in a bottle where I write about my tests with IShine and then other products.
