I’m new to this forum and [pheromone sprays](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/), which I’m still partially skeptical yet because I haven’t tried it out. I’m 20 and im a guy in new england i’m mostly just trying to hook up with this one prude girl and get some girls that are out of my league. also, i just ordered turn up the heat today…what’s the best way and best time to use TUTH? i have to go sprays of ammo and instant jerk. i’ve been reading about people who use too much tuth and have guys almost getting in fights with them and having girls ignore them…what’s the recommended amount of sprays? ---

Hi there! Welcome to the forum! Woah!!! You jumped right in to give mones a try!! Good for you!!! I did that when I first started, though I started with INSTANT SHINE… the Amazing in a bottle on my sig below. For your age, I’d suggest you wait up on TUTH. AMMO would be my recommendation at 1/2 to 1 spray maximum and see how others react around you. I’ve experienced with AMMO a solid, comfortable to be in my own skin, vibe. Because of your age, you are a mone producing machine! You don’t want to OD on these mones… then things will back fire, ignored instead of attraction… Yeah, though, you could also be ‘tested’ from other guys to see if you are in congruence to your mone signature. You could do the same test with the IJ 1/2 a spray then 1 spray and check out the reactions in others. Welcome to the forum. For your age group, I would recommend 1 spray of TUTH only. Possibly 2 in certain situations or if well-buffered with socials like [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Honesty. The best time to use it is when you’ve already established comfort and attraction with a girl or with a girl you’ve already had intimate relations with. There’s plenty more tips in the Men’s advice section which you can find using the ‘search’ feature. Good luck and have fun! ---

Yeah I would certainly say that you’re better off going with AMMO for attraction. TUTH is geared for sex… that’s it. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is more versatile as it has steering mones in it to make it a bit more social and you can wear it almost anywhere. TUTH is steered, but steered to be even MORE sexual… For attraction stick with ammo for now and just use TUTH when you’re about to get lucky ---

Hi and welcome to the forum 🙂 TUTH is best used when you are about to get dirty with a girl, usually at night 😛. Seriously that is what this product is mostly used for. Women must like your personality first and then they get attracted to you, unlike men. TUTH projects a “I’m horny and ready for it NOW” vibe. You might come off very creepy. I would say go with Ammo by itself now. It makes you look “sexy and confident”. I remember someone saying that it makes you look like a “buff guy with no shirt on”. IJ makes you like.. a JERK 😃. A lot of girls will openly hate you but secretly love you. Guys will HATE YOU. IJ doesn’t create blatant attraction and is mostly buffered with other products to make it a bit more friendly. If you have some spare money, I would say buy some ISHINE and IG 🙂 ---

Welcome to Pherotalk listentothis! The guys gave you the right advice when it comes to tuth and of course if it can also be used in a highly sexual environment. Since you got it you might as well use it so I suggest doing so to test first and then using with your social products to tone down the vibe it gives.
