Hi forum peoples, My name is Bernie, and I have already recently placed 3 orders. Yes i’m somewhat of a “newbie” to pheromones but I’ve been reading these forums for a while now. Just recently I decided to try them out. I recently bought Ammo x2 strength and Summer Ammo for my first order, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) for my second, and Androstenone as my third (bought this because TUTH was out of stock), all with overnight shipping. The first double order of ammo was Friday and it was delivered Monday…but I noticed instead of the original Ammo being double strength they were both normal strength 😕 . So I sent a help request and was told Monday that i’ll “see a few emails, and a tracking number shortly.” I’m still waiting on my tracking number ☹ . While i’m waiting for the tracking number to be sent to me ☹ I decided to try the Summer Ammo (since it was the correct strength that I ordered) it smells good but the only downside is I think my nose gets used to it after about a half hour and I can’t detect the scent anymore. I went to the gym with just the Summer Ammo on at first, two sprays total. One on my neck, one on my wrist then rubbed that wrist against the other. Didn’t notice anyone in particular giving me any looks. Even though I had an incorrect order I decided to give these products another shot and Monday night I ordered a bottle of Instant Shine. It came Wednesday morning and before I left for the gym I did the same 2 sprays of Summer Ammo and one spray of IS (Instant Shine). Only thing that happened at the gym is some guy got sort of pissy. Then I went over a friends house afterwards and his cousin said hi to me as soon as my first foot planted in the house (I usually don’t get a welcome from her). His other female cousin asked for some technical help with her tv which turned into small talk. Usually when someone talks to me I give them the answer they look for and then I shut up. Not much of the talkative type, just a more straight-to-the-point type. I would like to think the friendly “hi” from one cousin might have been because of the Ammo, and the reason I added more to the convo with his other cousin might have been thanks to Instant Shine. Sorry for the long post, didn’t know what exactly to put as an intro so I figured i’d just put this weeks story here. Hopefully I get my 2x Strength Ammo soon 🆒. So far I like the Summer Ammo and Shine products I’ve gotten, i’m just waiting for my 2x Ammo to be sent out from Fridays mishap. The Androstenone should be here tomorrow morning. Off Topic somewhat: The help function seems to get a first-reply fast, but if you reply after that it seems to take longer ☹ Anyways, In short, good products, friendly welcomers and staff, just the customer care is a little off. ---

Hi, I believe that Mickaelia has a lot of work on her hands, and this is the reason for the delayed service. Trust me, she has been great so far and I am sure you will get everything fixed. 🙂 Seems you do not need that much help in deciding what products to use, as you have already done some basic research. 🙂 You should still tell a little more about yourself and what your goals are. Welcome onboard. 🙂 ---

Yes so far everyone’s been very polite (from the forum, and from the customer service) which is something that’s non-existent in nowaday companies, and that’s definitely a plus. I honestly don’t know exactly where I want to go with the mones. At the moment I just want to test a few from the Instant Line (IH, IO, IJ, and TUTH when it restocks) and see what happens. I’m 27 though so I don’t want to attract anyone in the 40’s to be honest, i’d rather stay around my age. ---

Welcome Sunburnie, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie. We are short staffed and these gift certificates are done manually. It takes a great deal and I am back logged.
