Hey bondkill007,

Welcome to the forum!

From my reading of these forums (i.e. other peoples’ experiences) it seems that [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) would be a better match for a younger guy like yourself, because it has less -none than Turn Up The Heat. At your age, you’re (theoretically) producing lots of your own -none, so it’s easy to overdose and ruin the intended effect.
