Hey everyone, my real name is Nate/Nathan age 19, I’m new to all this mones usage so bear with me on this. I spent a good 5~6 hours of my first day just reading on the forums about all these different type of mones and how they can affect people around you. (super exciting!) Well after reading about how they work and stuff, I decided to try some. I bought as my first batch, Ammo + IO that I hope to use together. I was also glad to see AD throw in p102 to use, will use that down the road as well. I plan on buying the other mones and testing them out as well. p.s. Going to Uncle’s birthday party today which will mostly be outside, so I’m already not expecting much from mones to help me out. He’s a very social person himself and has lots of friends of friends over so I’ll see if anything happens. I’ve been to his parties before, what usually happens is me and my 2 brothers just sit around and talk to eachother about random stuff, so I’ll know if anything is different than usual. Will be just using IO 1x on each wrist + [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) on adams apple; going to try applying when I arrive there instead of before as it takes 40 mins to get there and being in the car, don’t want my own family being distracted on the car drive over. Result: Was just a few close family members, so I didn’t use Ammo. Used 3 sprays of IO, nothing noticeable happened. It was outside though, we all sat under my Uncle’s above deck. It was very hard to notice if people were being any more social cause my family is pretty social already lol. p.s. When I got home, my room immediately smelled of mones/cologne when I didn’t even spray and left only one un-opened bottle in here LOL gonna try leaving them in a zip lock bag in a shaded area of my room as storage. p.s.s. wow, still able smell the IO mones on my wrists faintly after washing, this stuff must be strong! 😛 ---

So for tomorrow morning on my 7am-noon shift at work, going to apply Ammo to neck, with some IO to upper/inner forearms (as I have to wash my hands a lot)…or maybe apply ammo to arms instead cause I literally _reach-out_ to customers 😉 You’d be surprised how early people come shopping to grocery stores (seeing people at 8am to get deli food lol, can’t blame 'em with our long lines at times). Ok so, with Ammo sprayed once to adam’s apple and IO spray each to inner elbows, I didn’t see much different going on than I usually do at my job. Things that MIGHT of been influenced by my sprays were: -my male assistant manager was in a gloomy mood throughout the day, I’ve never seen him yet in a gloomy mood, didn’t ask why. (possible cause: ammo?) -there might of been a little more positive talking going on around me, not that I was involved in most of it, but every so slightly above average I’d say. -customers were as they usually are. -smell wasn’t to overbearing at 1 ammo spray, though it is very potent of a cologne itself, so I’m afraid to try two, but I will for the sake of science! 🙂 Going to have to plan a trip to the mall to “go shopping” one day and see what turns up. Plus I can’t wait for school to start this Fall again 😛 p.s. going to buy a bottle of IS to use, since it’s cheap and has tons of positive reviews. ---

Ok, now for tomorrow’s work day plan. I’m thinking of using 2 sprays of Ammo this time (one on each side of neck) and leaving IO out…or vice versa and do IO on arms _(possibly neck, but I have the to-go bottle so I don’t want to use too much)_ and leave ammo out entirely. Hopefully I’m not stuck with all my guy friends tomorrow lol. Result: Nothing much happened again, I may say that since removing IO from the combo, things were a tad quieter around my workplace, I may all together stop using Ammo by itself at work if these next few days show no promises…still deciding if I should hold out on over-testing [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) till school starts lol. ---

For work tomorrow, just going to go out with 2 sprays of Ammo on neck (side-side), 2 sprays of IO on Inner arms, 2 sprays of p102 on front and back of neck…will see if anything happens…I feel like my workplace isn’t exactly the best testing grounds for finding my sweet spots, cause the customers are out of my age group and my co-workers vary with whom i work with a lot…meh, guess ill have to sweet spot during school or outings to the mall. Result: Well I had self-effects alright, I was in a sort of “loopy” state and was just walking around talking to people all day about random stuff. I realized it about an hour after application, it just hit me. No one else seemed to be as talkative, only the people i face-to-face chatted with. I wasn’t this talkative since I applied x1ammo, and x2IO the first day trying. I think the p102 might of affected me today, probably messin with my train of thought…will experiment next workday with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) for the first time! ---

Work today, applied 2 sprays Ammo to neck, 2 sprays IS to inner forearms. After about an hour into work, I got an annoying headache, most liekly due to IS in the form of a crash. After another hour went by, noticed tiny skin bump irritations of where I sprayed my IS…after 3 hours went by, went to apply some p102, hoping to counter this headache with something else _(I coulda just washed it off, but idk lol)_. Day went as normally would without mones from there on, with my headache lasting a few hours. ---

Keep experimenting, keep noticing how it affects you and others. Single them from time to time. Keep working on making you awesome. Mones are just one part of it. (Pherobombed myself last night and I’m burnt today. Less would have been more with that mix). ---

Did another mix again of 2sprays Ammo neck, 2 sprays p102 inner arms, 2 sprays of IO outarms, not nearly the same self-effects I had this first time with this combo ☹, people were chatty, but I think it was mainly cause this girl co-worker I have is chatty to begin with, so not sure again if mones had any influence on today. starting to just wear Ammo as a base/cologne and not for the mones really lol, going to try like 4 sprays of IO tomorrow on its own and respray in the middle of my shift again. Better plan is to take a “bathroom break” in the middle of my shift, after I’ve seen how the people are doing that day and come back and see if anyone changes. ---

Actually ended up using 5 sprays of IO, 2 sprays on each arm + 1 on neck, to my surprise, nothing too extraordinary to note on, self-effects were very minimal, I perked up a bit for about 2 hours, died down after that…hour left of work, threw on 2 sprays of IS, that didn’t help much either around work…meh, my coworkers are all mone-immune 😛 ---

The thing about most mones is to find your sweet spot. I find I get crazy IOI in supermarkets, on the subway, etc. Once you see IOI, the door has been opened and it’s up to you and your game to step through. Women almost never jump into your lap just from mones alone. Also notice how they make you feel. I use them as much for self effects as I do for how they affect others. ---

I know I shouldn’t use Ammo at work really, but I use it mainly as a cologne itself, smell covers nicely over the other mones I use with it. Going to take your suggestion and cut down on it at work, so maybe just a teeny spray of it then 😛 Anyways, had a nice day at work today 1 spray ammo to elbow, rubbed between the two 1 spray ammo to middle of neck spray along jawline of IO spray of IO on each outer forearm 1 spray of regular IS to back of neck Since using mones I’ve been talking to my female coworkers a lot more. Mainly I am initiating conversation, and when doing so, seem to be doing well. (able to hold them longer). Whether it be the mones or not, I am very confident in speaking with them. I don’t try to credit all my positiveness to just mones alone. Today was a lot funner, since I work with 3 other female coworkers in my area, when the 2 left for their shift end, 3 dudes came in place of them (we all get along lol). Me and her (she’s about in her early 20s) were talking a lot, random work-related topics and broad personal things. She doesn’t didn’t really talk with any of the other guys and was out of the ordianary that she talked specifically with me the entire shift we worked from there on, me being probably the most introverted person who works here. It wasn’t though till those 2 other girls left their shifts till we began chatting (it was probbly cause one of those girls she already chats with a lot left) It was fun because I’ve almost never had a good chat with her since the whole year I’ve been working with her. Nice to know I am bonding with some of my coworkers finally. 🙂 side note: bought some Odyssey from Steve today, getting it Monday to try out. 7/7/13 Edit: Did same sprays/locations, left out the IO on jawline though. Talked a bit with same female coworker again a bit again, about same results that day. Taking Wyatt’s suggestion on staying mone free when testing Odyssey p.s. holy heck, I can smell that IO/IS mone scent a mile away during the first 15~30 mins of application, that “pissy” smell everyone talks of, now I know what they are talking about! Odor seems to die down though to an acceptable level later on. ---

Yeah, the key is to find your sweet spot. When I go over it, it really is like I’m wearing nothing or the vibe gets strange/bad. I learned that when testing M-11 from Pherone. At 5 drops I’d still see something, but not nearly as much as at two or three drops. Never took it above 5 as the effects at 4 weren’t any better at 3 and were less than 1 drop for effectiveness at 5 drops. Big, big, big cliff. Glad you’re chatting though. That might be the single biggest effect on me was by wearing mones, I WANTED to test them, and to truly test you have to get out and meet people and chat, chat, chat. As with Odyssey. Solo that. I tried it a bit in a mix and it’s not the same. Try two sprays under your neck and make sure you’re free of mones. But before you do, really pause and take a good stock on how you’re feeling then apply and as the feelings/emotions start to rise, go with the flow. Heck of a lot of fun. I wish AD would bring it back. ---

So while waiting antsy for my Odyssey today, went mone free today during my morning shift at work, one of my co-workers was jokingly asking “why are you so quiet today?” This is funny cause 1.) I’m probabaly the most quiet person here at any time when not using mones/before I started using mones. 2.) This was about a week after using mones on them/her at work So I’m assuming that using mones had a bigger social effect on myself than I originally thought. I may of felt like I didn’t have anything to look forward to at work with no mones on ☹, so maybe my motivation was down during work. I also felt pretty groggy during work, as I used to before I started using mones, mostly kept to myself that day; jeez, I hope I’m not becoming dependent on this stuff lol. ---

Heh, they’re bringing you out of your shell. Keep in mind if you use mones around people who are used to your old signature, two things must happen: 1. You must be congruent with the vibe you’re giving off so they can learn the new you. If not you’ll be giving off mixed signals and confusing them and they might just push you away as they don’t know how to put you in some sort of box that they’re used to. 2. It also takes time for them to settle into the new you and adjust to it. (Kinda like meeting an old friend/acquaintance that you haven’t seen in years and you’re floored/blown away by how different they are and don’t know exactly how to react/treat them and your old habits just seem so awkward/out of place). Keep enjoying the ride, shoulders back, back straight, work on banter and have fun! ---

Threw on 1 spray of Ammo to neck, 1 to inner elbows rubbed together. 1 spray of IS to wrists, 1 spray of IO each to outer forearms at work. Things went very smoothly in terms of self-effects, felt very good, upbeat, and almost always had a small smile on my face. Chatted up one of the same female workers again. All in all, the day was nice. I’d say the effects really lasted almost the entire 5 hour shift I worked, probably died down after 3 or 4 hours, but I still felt great! I would of instead put that IS on the back of my neck, but I had a haircut today, so I did not want to be jittering up my barber as he was cutting my hair Lol. On the drive over to my barber (who’s like 2 towns over) though, I wondered if anything would happen if I threw on IS while driving there with my brother. I put on a fresh spray of IS to my arms again and head out. I quickly began getting a very bad headache, that was shortly followed up by feeling very hot/sweaty. even with my AC in the car on high. I asked my brother if he felt hot or it was just me, he said “Just you.” It lasted for about 30 minutes, after that I felt (and still am) very tired from today. I think work really drained me and I hadn’t yet noticed it till I threw on that second dose of IS in the car is when it really hit me. So yeah, I was perfectly fine till I threw on that unnecessary dose of IS later in the day lol mental note: I think wearing too much IS can still give me a headache. * * * July 14th Instead of posting a new post, just editing this in as I didn’t use an AD product. Used 2 sprays of Odyssey from XS’s store at work this morning. As expected, I had a bunch of laughs/giggles for about one hour, it began dieing down after that and eventually died all the way after 3 hours. I kind of felt worn out after it weared off, usually that hasn’t happened to me before, so I’m not using Odyssey anytime soon for work again lol. Effects on others, very little if any as I sprayed it on my neck for mostly self-effects. to see how I would function at work, I did my job fairly well as usual though. ---

Solo’d Ammo today at work ~2 sprays to arms in total and rubbed together 1 to front of neck Decided to leave out IS as it usually give me a minor headache down the hours and today without it, nothing at all seemed different than it usually is when I do wear IS, so IS isn’t as potent around my coworkers as I thought…could be, idk lol. Another day of feeling good during my 5 hour shift. From the 7am spray apply, to the noon punch-out, I felt great. Ammo really perks me up so much, IS doesn’t even do that for me. Makes me do literal spins around work and allowed me to speak my mind a lot more since these weeks of using it. Great feeling. (That or it’s all placebo lmao) With my male coworkers, nothing much more is happening, other than my self-effects helping to deepen our brotherly bonds, they’re still as awesome as they always are. And with those great feelings come great interactions. I work with 3 other female coworkers till 10 am. All Latinas who I get along with just fine. They talk amongst themselves in spanish a lot, yet I have no clue what is going on lol. One around 30ish, and the two others around their early 20s. I’ve really opened up to one of them as I’ve noted earlier in my journal who almost never talked to me much since working there. She’s always talked with the other co-workers though. Well just today, I received some tiny kino from her as she walked by me as she was about to leave her shift. It’s been a year working at my place and being able to turn their old opinions of myself for the better is even more awesome. So today, was another decent, good day. Still waiting on school to start back up hehe. p.s. let a different female coworker, who doesn’t work around our section try out Odyssey from Steve without telling her it was mones, but it would help perk her up. I noticed within a few minutes she was very audible and cheery for around 20 minutes, then she dropped back to her somewhat tired state of being for the morning lol. ---

Going to begin testing Steve’s XS line. Most of my co-workers have been used to my Ammo/[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) sig I’ve been using for about 2 weeks. The females showed more of a change than the guys did, if any. Anyways, 2 Cohesion drops. Not much in difference happened. What may have been different is that one of my female coworkers (around her mid 20s i wan to say) began chatting to me a bit more today. Nothing personal, just about random life things. More so than the usual when I wear ammo around her. That’s about it that I noticed, will try 3 drops tomorrow then switch off the try out Ascend the days following, to see how it affects my “status” to everyone. p.s. i forgot to mention that I didn’t get any depression effect or anything at these 2 drops…also I hardly smelled that scent of the FXS all day, hardly noticeable at least to me. ---

Oh wow, I wasn’t ready for today. I began using XS’s line of products for my workplace, for about two weeks. On the weekends I work with these three female co-workers. Before these two weeks though, I’ve been using mainly Ammo as a standalone, sometimes with IS, that alone has made them a little more interactive with me since, nothing major, just more talking, closer talks and such. Anyways, I’ve been using XS’s Cohesion oil on them (FSX scent), ive done 1 to 3 drops a few days around them, I just don’t think the scent is strong enough or it doesn’t really phase them at all. So today, I decided to use a few sample sprays of XS’s Flirt along with Cohesion Oil. I think the Flirt was unscented sample too, so the scent was more noticeable than the Cohesion I was wearing. It was a pungy, very bit sour smell the Flirt had unscented, this knocked through my FXS scent Cohesion away this morning. For the first time, one of them confronted me after they started speaking spanish to eachother (they are both lovely immigrants to the U.S.) One is around her 40s with a family, the other is in her mid 20s. Older one asked me what cologne I was wearing, she said she was wondering cause it was very “weird”. I’m assuming they smelled the unscented Flirt with its punginess smell to it. I asked them if it was bad, she said no, just very weird. (It was totally bad lmao). Then the other one quickly butted in saying how she loved my other cologne I was wearing the weeks before, most likely Ammo. Older one agreed. Younger one added in that she would love to just stand by me and smell me all day. Which the older one again asked me what cologne I was wearing. I quickly tried to think of something, so I just said “it’s a light cologne the one I am wearing currently, the one I wore before was a lot heavier scent.” Them having English as their second language, this was enough information to satisfy them lol. So when I was about to leave my shift 3 hours later, I made sure to say goodbye to them, the younger one after saying goodbye quickly made sure that I would wear my other cologne tomorrow, I said alright I will, and headed out. So it looks like Sprays/Strong scents work good at my work environment. Also might buy more Ammo now that I know these women like it. 🙂 Too bad though, I just feel the FXS scent of the Oils I got from Steve aren’t strong enough in the environment I work in to be noticed. I’ll have to save them for when school starts and I am sitting in a room. ---

Wore 3 drops Ascend to work this morning. 2 drops to sides of neck, 1 to inner elbows rubbed. The same co-worker noted the same FXS scent it had when I was wearing my FXS Cohesion oil a few days ago. This was a bout 2 hours into my workshift when she made a verbal note of it. She quickly brought up “oh, I see you’re wearing that cologne that closes my nose.” “oh you’re wearing that weird smell again.” I still don’t know what that is supposed to mean, she never directly stated she did/didn’t like it. I didn’t want to keep bringing/pushing up my cologne topic around her and get her suspicious, we already spoke about it twice that morning, and the first time I asked, she just said it was “weird” _sigh_, no direct answers here. ☹ She did like Ammo again when I wore that around her the day before. I might be switching up my [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) sig too fast between Ammo’s simple 3 mones content and Ascend’s 9? mone types, so I think for the majority, I may be sticking with Ammo at my workplace when I am working with my 3 latina female workers on the weekends (who prefer Ammo’s scent over FXS). weekdays I work with others who I’ll try to use Ascend on for those. I just hope these girls didn’t like the unscented Flirt and get it confused with my FXS scents, so now if I try FXS, they’ll probably correlate it to my overdose on unscented Flirt I used that one day. ☹ More on what happened today: -Drops on neck seem better for when I walk by people than on arms, being closer to their nose, they get a good wiff of the mones. -One of my older co-workers (he’s like 60), gave me short story about him and his son doing things this summer, I didn’t hold the conversation cause it caught me unexpectedly, but I haven’t heard him ever really share a story with me at all, he is a nice guy though, we’ve just never talked to eachother really. Sounds like a nice respect hit. -2 drops on my neck seemed to last a good few hours before it was hardly noticeable to myself. -No crash, but self-effects did start wearing off a few hours in I felt. -One male coworker, my age, who ghosted me at 3 drops, did not ghost me today with 3 drops, so I think he was just in a bad mood the other day. In fact, he talked to me a bit more today than any other day. Now my ultimate question: Do I want my phero sig to be recognized as Ammo/IS for in-class at college or any of the ACE combo? p.s.
