I’m Andy, i’m 20 years old going to school in Atlanta. I’ve been hearing a lot about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) lately and I thought i’d do some research on it. I’ve been checking out the forums on this site and i’d like to see if pheromones would work for me. I’m a nerdy kind of guy, I’m really bad at introducing myself to new people. I’m pretty social once i get to know a person, but i’m terrible at breaking the ice and being social around new people. I just thought i’d give this a try to see if it could help get me over the initial shyness i feel. I saw instant openness and instant shine, those seem to be perfect for me. Any suggestions would also be greatly appreciated. ---

Hi Andy. Welcome to Pherotalk. You’ll love it here as everyone is more than willing to help out and support each other. Instant Openness and Shine is the standard combination recommended to newcomers with a situation like yours, but I suggest [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) to go with the Shine and Openness. Hi andy15! first of all, welcome to the forum! Let em say that I agree with what wrote Musk. Seen that you’re described yourself as “nerdy”, I’d also suggest you [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), and maybe also P74 (but this later, as it’s an “advanced” product). The P74 is told to make people look more “cool”. I use it, and I like it. Anyway, for now I’d suggest you to focus on the “Instant line” as it’s more easy to handle. By the way, read the stickies in the forums, as they are VERY useful! See ya Franz ---

Heyy Andy, welcome to the forums. I have the same problem as you and I find [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Instant Openness tend to help. The IG gives me more confidence, sort of more “balls” if you like, and the Openness makes me more talkative. Instant Shine just lifts my mood, which helps. ---
