So, lets begin: (first excuse my spelling because english is not my native language) I’m 36, male, a bit introverted and shy around girls. If the girl I’m with is in funny, talkative mood - so am I, but if she is sitting quietly and not talking so am I and I can’t do anything about it. I work in environment where I can meet younger sporty girls, but I don’t have the guts to escalate things beyond friendship. I have come here to try some new approach. Any ideas and suggestions are welcomed… ---

Weeelll, welcome to the forum 🙂 Congratulations on taking the first step towards expanded knowledge. To answer your question, there are a variety of options for your situation. You seem to be the type to take your cues from whomever you are with at the time. Thanx for your quick reply redlion. I’m not sure about IG, I don’t think that looking older and wiser would work, I would go with something opposite. ---

One thing I always remember on first or blind dates is that it’s just as much their job to entertain you as the other way around. For a date I find that ammo and IS is a GREAT mix. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a sexual mix and great at attracting, but it isn’t OVERLY sexual like TUTH might be, so its great to where almost anywhere. OK, my experience is purely anecdotal but I have been around sporty types a lot over the years and two of my main exes were active sportswomen themselves - One was regularly competitive at national level in her heyday. Nine years and seven years younger than me respectively. Anyway, I have noticed that sporty women do seem to have a bit of a thing for slightly older or more mature guys and as such can often respond to more overt none and high status signatures - Think on how many of them do hook-up with their trainers, senior athletes in their own sport and the like. However, they also seem to like to party - **HARD!** so the socials and high status but socially engaging properties of IG might be quite useful to you. 🙂
