Hi, I’m TheMoose, 38, from Telford, England and have been married for 8 years. We have two kids and things are a little stale in the bedroom department. Being new to [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) I was wandering if a mix of Ammo and TUTH would help things out a little? Hi TheMoose, warm welcome. I believe I have read on the forum that ammo and TUTH does add a spark to stale bedroom experiences in ever lasting relationships, so my two cents says yes it will help. Hello and welcome here. Yes you had done your research well. The products you need are AMMO Heavy version IS 2X and TUTH. Start evening with AMMO and IS. later just before entering bed have a or max 2 spray of TUTH. Start with lower doses then adjust dose accordingly. ---

Chrisepz and Spectrum, thank you for your help, it is very much appreciated… I will order some [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IS and TUTH right away to see how it goes. I will let everybody know how things went when I receive them. Could you please tell me where to apply which compound, ie, behind ears, chest, wrists? I can’t wait to see if this gets me more than the obligatory once a week quickie, if I am lucky!! Hopefully my wife may actually initiate things rather than me and I can stop feeling ignored and neglected haha. May even get to stop having to relieve myself a few times a week 👍 Here’s looking forward to a little experimentation. ---

My two main application points are my neck, and my arms (sometimes the top of my hands - this washes away after a hand washing) I advise to apply the sprays to your forearm / wrist area. It will help diffusion of the pheormones when you are moving your hands around, it will spread the mones into the air. Start with one spray, and work your way up. ---

Hi Moose, Welcome to the site. I think you are on the right path with Ammo and TUTH. With **Ammo** it is great to use around here all the time and is great for day use also. I would start with that one first and try this out for a week solo around here. 2X might even be better because the scent can be strong with this one, but smells nice just can be a little much after 3 sprays for some. **TUTH** is highly sexual and is best used for bedtime use. Most suggest 2X, but starting out I think it is better to use regular, because it is not buffered like Ammo with other pheromones and it is much easier to OD. The good thing here though is you will be using this on your wife so you are not as likely to OD so don’t worry. It is easier to fond your sweet spot with regular as this is very powerful and why I suggest the 1X starting out. Now the socials are often overlooked when in a marriage. I find the socials can be just as important than the sexuals. My wife is very closed off with communication and reserved. So when there is a problem I need to work through **IO** comes in handy here for me. the IO gets her to open up more and I have had better success working through whatever problem we have. **IH** Now this one I would seriously consider because it promotes bonding and deep conversations. Let’s face it women want to feel connected to there partner on an emotional level and this helps with that. Also with this it will get the truth out them about any problems they may feel are present in the relationship so you know what needs to be worked on, so very helpful. There is also **IS** which will boost your confidence and put here in a great mood. IS and Ammo go together really well to and brings out even more attraction in Ammo. I would really consider the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as it would have all of these and a whole lot more in it. ---

Simply because the love is already there, the attraction is already present. The socials help in uplifting her mood, specially the IShine and IOpeness. The IH helps with the rapport department. Hi Justintime469 and Dee A and thank you for your replies, these all seem like great compounds and a little overwhelming to be honest… But part of the fun will be to find out what to wear, when. Why and how much!! Everyone on the forum that I have spoken to this far seem to be very warm and welcoming, so I have no doubt I will have a lot of help if needed. Much as I like the look of the Ultimate Package, it may be a little expensive for me on the first time around, so what would be the bear essentials you would recommend please?
