Hi everyone, I’m Sean and am new to all this. Hope to get some good insights and learn alot. I live in Vegas so its warm and dry. I am 48 and in very good shape. My question is what should I use to get out of the friend zone. She is 32 and says that I am her best friend. We are very close and I have told her that I will leave her and never have contact again if I am not her choise. This made her very sad. I told her that I could not live around her knowing another man gets her love when I love her, it would be to painful for me. She said she understands. So what should I use, how much and where do I apply it? Hope to get some good advise. She is a keeper … help! Thanks Sean ---

hey there, I would say to start with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) (2X version) with some TUTH mixed on your body. It will give out a rather seductive sexual mixture which I think is better than the hugging and cuddling you are getting right now… Its known to make her go further than just the hugs and cuddles (or she starts to blush and will become serious about not wanting to go further with you). A314 (would recommend oil) at your age also does magic, it gives you more of a mature vibe and works really well with older woman. I would start slow with 1-2 sprays on your application points, and slowly (usually the spray lasts 4 hours) up the dosage to 4 sprays at a single time (4 sprays is the max for most people). If you don’t see results by then, its best to write down your experiences and what you have been doing, sometimes it needs a bit of tweaking on your part. 2 sprays is usually enough to see effects, but more is sometimes necessary to break the ones that like to put up a fight with the mones 😉. I usually apply on the chest and neck, but you can also work fine with putting it on your wrist (the sprays are similar to EDT). You will know when you are getting the right dosage, I noticed with some girls that they started to behave differently then normal… Too much however and they will start to get bitchy and repel you, so be careful not to go full dosage the first time though 🙂 ---

2x is the dose - There are only two Ammo versions beyond that. Ammo itself comes in two scents, Standard and World Edition. Personally I’d suggest the World Edition scent is better for the more mature guy/woman. The pheros in both are the same, just select strength from the list box. At 48, I would second that you go for the 2x version from the start and I would have some 2x TUTH in reserve too. Summer Ammo is the different version, with two extra molecules and probably the best scent of all but its a younger more chilled/laid-back product and maybe not what you are looking for just now? How much is something you have to find for yourself as your effective dose is determined by your own body chemistry and situational factors unique to you, so a bit of testing different doses will be required. Application points - Check the excellent sticky but don’t get too hung-up on them. If it has good circulation and is open to the air to diffuse, then its a viable point. Hiding pheros under clothes is for young guys, who need to tone-down sexual overtness. With you pushing 50 and her in her 30s, it will be the other way - you need to get all the pheros out there and she likely won’t be a shy flower when it comes to dose. However, some situations will call for more or less than others. Polite/daytime/work/hanging-out wil generally call for a less sexually overt dose compared to when you are out having fun, partying, clubbing etc. Then her feelings should be running higher and an over sexual will be much more tasty. 🙂 Another couple of products you may want to consider are A314 and MX297. A314 is a solid, mature status product that just screams quality and can be used to convey all the right LTR values and its effects linger, which helps withher “missing you” etc It can also be used with most of the pheros suggested already. IO and MX297 are the only ones to seriously avoid with it. However, in some situations, MX297 can be a great friendzone-buster. If you go out, party and can throw yourself into it fully, then MX297/TUTH is great for the “I’ve not seen you this way before” moment but its not a combo I’d suggest for just hanging-out/talking. Use something different there. Other products that may help steer the above primaries include: P83 - Physical disinhibition. IH/[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) - Trust/bonding but steered in a playful/attractive direction. P96 - Emotional comfort with arousal TAC - Goofy/relaxing/adventurous. Typically after a night-out with an A314/TUTH mix, I’d bang-on 20-30mcg TAC and some more TUTH whenwe get home and get playful. 🙂 You may also need to do more to demonstrate you mean business to her and to develop some more attractive personality traits/body language and very importantly step back from her to let her miss you a bit - sometimes this does a lot to help bring attraction to the fore. So don’t just tell her, pull right back and don’t be just her best friend. Let her chase you now. 🙂 ---

Personally I’d suggest you get in the region of 10mcg per spray so you can cover a reasonable dose range with just a few sprays. If you got 12.5mcg togos, that’s just fine but if you ordered 2.5mcg 30mls, I’d suggest you get in touch with AD ASAP to get the concentrations raised. 🙂 Excellent! 🙂 ---

So, I have waited and she is back. I let her come to me. I ordered… A134 [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) 10mcg P96 10mcg TAC 12.5mcg AMMO x2 TUTH 5mcg Yesterday we went looking at cars with her mom. I applied A314, AMMO, and TUTH. Everytime her mom protested about something, she took my side and let me have my way saying that I knew what was best for us. If this was a affect of the mons… ? Today we will be test driving and I applied P83, P96 and TUTH. Will see what happens… ---

She seems to respond to A314’s status then - You should maybe think about keep at least some of it in your mix - it wil complement all of those very nicely. 🙂 [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) is about the only one I’d suggest you avoid using around A314 - They confuse each other badly. So save that for when you have a total change of scene and go to have some full-on fun! Also remember that mones can hit very hard in confined spaces like cars, so you may need to dose down a bit to avoid OD, esp woth the Androstenone products Ammo and TUTH. ---

Thanks Mobocaster, I used TUTH, AMMO and [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) today. 2 sprays of each and she was very happy and laughing a lot. She is always in a good mood, but today she was very relaxed also. I won’t see her until Friday again, want to give her space and see if she might miss me. ---

Excellent! - all good positive IOIs and quite in line with what I’d expect from that kind of mix. It also suggests she’s pretty comfortable with a fairly sexual signature on you. Remember to keep-up the attraction building behaviour/body language etc when you see her again, as well as the pheros. 🙂 ---

I ordered [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) last night. I will be driving to Cali next month and I know she loves the beach. So I thought when I tell her I will be going to the beach for the weekend, she will want to come… 5 hour drive in the car, a good excuse to be alone and see how far I can push it. Then a one bed hotel room… might be getting close to the time when I need the MX297… ---

Unless you can drive and engage her emotions fully at the same time, I’d maybe save the [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) for when you are doing some partying when you are at the beach. MX297 thrives in a fun/social environment more than any other phero. Let it work alone, or with just a little TUTH for a couple of hours but add-in more TUTH once you get some definite escalation - good IOI’s. That’s when I’ve found the combination a superb friendzone-buster. More generally, You also need to be careful with pheros at the beach. Salt water and the open air don’t help them at all, so work close-in and use any natural shelter or a windbreak to help preserve your phero cloud. Also, IME less complicated, more direct mixes tend to work better in open air environments. Save the more nuanced stuff for when you get indoors. 😉
