Hello,

Im 19 years old boy and I live in Estonia. I found this site by googlin in Internet and I am a kind a shy boy thats why I thought Ill need Instant Openness and Instant Shine. And I dont know I will probably order Ammo but I donät know that maybe I should order TUTH also for clubbing. Sorry about my bad english. Oh maybe Iäll order [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) also because yes Im 19 but I look like Im 17 or something.🙂

For shyness, try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It is good for confidence boosting. It will also lift the mood of you and the people around you.

TUTH is good but for your young age, you have to be careful because you will be producing lots of none. This can make you OD.

Google is such a great tool, especially finding new and curious stuff like [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) 😃

I really like io, even if i am not shy since it makes everyone else talks a lot more. But if you are shy, io will still help you getting on the right tract and begin to be much more sociable. So definitly this product for you! Ishine is also great for younger crowd, it makes everyone really in good mood.

You should get ammo instead for your age, since it is more balanced out. But still dont spray too much ammo, one or two sprays is enought for ya!

Yes i agreed with my buddies Mockingbird & jamesbonded on their recommendation of pheros there\> AMMO + [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) + Instant Shine are very suitable for you 🙂

For AMMO get the regular strength it is recommended for your age there & try to get 2x strength for the Instant socials if possible. For TUTH true like Jamesbonded has said there, you got to be careful with the usage to avoid OD. For Instant Gentlemen, yes you are right it can make you more mature.
