Another newbie here.. looking to spice up my life. I’ve not long come out of a relationship and thought i’d dip my toe back in the water so to speak. I’ve heard and read a bit about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), but really dont have a clue where to start.. Hi Butterfly, thanks for your suggestions. I’ll add those to my shopping list. So do i use them all at once? or would that be overkill? I should have mentioned i’m starting a new job soon in healthcare, so something to create a good impression would be good too. Until my salary starts coming in the budget is a bit tight, what would be the priority ones to buy? ---

well u dont want to go too heavy at first. id suggest pick one product start with 1 spray and work your way up to 5. i find that with [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) 4 sprays work the best on me πŸ™‚ instant openness about 3 sprays. instant shine.. idno i only see self effects with that one no matter how much i put on but it could just be me πŸ™‚ \<3 hope i helped! ---
