hi ya all after almost getting sucked into pherolure i found this site and started reading as much a can would anyone have a suggestion for a phero for me to use with my GF just to make things abit more fun weve been together for just over 5 years so its not like im having trouble keeping her interested but why settle for what you have when you can get more ( atleast thats what she says ) im 23 living in Aus tho i dont think being aussie should make much of a difference to what i should be looking for i just recently brought ammunition double strenght as well as turn up the heat normal strength mostly the ammo at double as i dont want to have much of a colone smell about me i read a couple of posts that suggested these 2 are pretty good for more of a sexual effect tho i am very open to any ideas or suggestions as i am well completly new to the whole [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) thing Regards Daniel ---

hi daniel. you’re off to a good start with those products. my only caution is regarding the dosage. they’re great products, but also very strong. start with one spray of each product (separately) and see where that gets you. you may find one spray is all you need, especially with 2x ammo. some other good products are io and ih. these help with communication. io broadens it, ih deepens it. sometimes a little communication is good in bringing some fun things into the bedroom. ---

cool thanks for the heads up i figured they’d be a bit stonger but not that much stronger im planing on using ammo when we go out to the clubs, party’s ect.. and the turn up the heat for more of the one on one outings ive read some good things about instant openess but also head that its an attractent with young girls tho i might be interested in that i dont know if my gf will be but if its true i can always give it a try mabey it’ll just help out that extra bit ---

HI there, Welcome. As a beginner, it is advisable to use the normal strength AMMO, simply to get to know the effect and your sweet spot. FOr your gf, you can try TUTH. It can sexually arouse her and bring more sexual intimacy to both of you. IH is also good to strengthen the relationship. It will make her closer to you as she will talk deeper and details with you. thanks for the advise i probably should have asked abit before i ordered i chose 2x ammo as most people seem to use 2 sprays and as i dont like the smell of most colonges i thought i could get the same from 2 spray in 1 2x ammo spray and not as much smell, i guess it doesnt work like that lol ohwell i shall see how one spray goes and get my gf’s opinion im also looking for somthing that will attract girls around the age of 18-19 as thats the age of my gf and her freinds as im 23 goin on 24 there not very confortable with me so its abit harder to talk to them as we come from different sides of the city mine being the rough and theres being the prim and proper side any suggestion for one that would attract them i dont plan on using turn up the heat on them lol thats for the gf ---

dosing for sexual pheros is largely dependent on age of the target. good vibes though, just use one spray of your 2x. i would also look into the socials. this will help buffer the strong ammo. ---

well if all goes well with the ones i have ordered i’ll defently be ordering a much larger selection from most of the catagories i was looking at Instant shine and openess while i was ordering and they seem like the would complement both sprays ive ordered well the test will be next week at a birthday party in the city heres hoping i get them in time and even more hope that they work, goin by the responses ive read tho i shouldnt have any problems or complaints on my behalf also was looking at instant jerk just for the hilarity value it could bring thank guys for the great advise and the warm welcome ---

also ive been looking through some of the product but could use some help finding one to suit my job im a security guard and have to deal with morons and drunks along with the usual i am HE-MAN types is there anything that would help with sending the signal that just says straighten up and dont bother being a douche or if there is a combination i could use ---

Hi there and welcome to PheroTalk. I think you’ll find that we are a pretty darn cool place to explore. You’ve made some great choices, and I do agree with you about using 1 spray instead of 2. It’s a good way to save some bucks and keep off the smell of the cologne itself. Nice choice. TUTH will heat things up just right.
