Hey everybody, Im 20 and from Ireland, I have been viewing the site as a guest for a while and finally decided to register 🙂 It’s good to finally be a member! I’m looking into [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) to improve my game(Just after reading Neil Strauss The Game) So I thought looking into Pheromones couldn’t hurt. From what I have read on the forum so far Ammo seems to the best bet fro beginners, would I be right in saying that? But do consider the social line as well, there is instant shine, instant openness and instant honesty. Instant shine is a mood uplifter, it makes you and everybody around you in a jolly mood! Instant openness is a chatty-fier lol makes conversations flow easily, great for socializing. Makes people talk with you for a long time without those awkward silences. Instant honesty is for more intimate conversations, people tend to bond with this one. HI Vanyar, Welcome to the forum! Have you done any reading yet of the various parts of the forum? If not I’d recommend the sticky’s in the mens section as a place to start. They’ll give you the basic idea of what phero’s can & can’t do 🙂 Ammo is a great product for attracting the ladies. It’s not so in your face like TUTH which means you can use it as an everyday phero. I’d say that’s a great one to get if you only get one phero. Other great basics include Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/)…both are really good social phero’s 🙂 If you tell us a bit more about yourself and what you are hoping to get out of using phero’s we can help you with a few suggestions a bit easier. It also helps if we know a bit about your personality and how you relate to others. ---

Thanks for the replies 🙂 I’m basically just looking to generate more attraction thats why I thought of Ammo. I think I might give Instant Openess a shot as well, it will probably help with approaches. Do you know what would be better between Ammo and Turn up the Heat? ---

Hi Vanyar and welcome, The ladies have provided some great suggestions above. To answer your question Ammo is the better of those two for your purposes. In addition to these, depending on your style, what women you are targeting, and what kind of wingmen you are rolling with, you may want to consider: [Instant Jerk](https://a314.com/product/instant-jerk/) - can be handy with attracting the 9’s and 10’s A314 - helps with status especially when you’re rolling with dominant types like Style, Mystery, Tyler etc. I suggest you read about all of these in [The Mens Guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mens-pheromone-guide-revised-6-15/12168) Let us know if you have any questions and be sure to return and let us know about your results 🙂 ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Ammo is going to be the best for PU related approaches. Where as TUTH is right up in your face with strong sexual stimuli, the Ammo is well buffered. I would agree that IO is also a great idea for approaching. Just remember the mones are a tool like a hat, or necklace and with the right person using them they will help you spark mad attraction. Great stuff thanks for the advice 🙂 I got my Ammo in the post today along with a free [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), which funny enough was the next one on my list so I’m happy 🙂 The delivery was really fast as well. Just wondering what would be the best place to apply the both of them? and how many sprays should I use I don’t want to OD lol. Thanks again. ---

Van, Start with 1 spray of each, then work up from there. Try them together and solo. It would be unlikely that you would require any more than 3 shots of each. Where to apply? Some like the neck, others wrists - the key is to apply to pulse points 🙂 ---

Ah get ya, thanks for the advice 🙂 I’m going to do as you say and experiment for the week, I’m heading out on the weekend so I will prob do a report afterwards and let you guys know how I got on. Oh and does anyone have an idea when A314 will be back in stock? ---
