Pheromones can be incredibly powerful in a sales role, and you will definitely feel a difference.
If you are already chatty, IH may help promote a bond while talking with the customer rather than IO. IS never hurts either. Just be careful not to reveal your own secrets though!
I always recommend this thread to beginners:
You may want to buffer the IJ with some IS while out on the town, often it comes across as very aggressive.
