Hey everyone. I’m 25, Male, and new to NYC. I’m a pretty introverted person, but I feel like I’m slowly breaking out of my shell. Learned about pheromones online, and this site seemed like the best/most knowledgeable place out there about them. Quick questions. I’d love to start mingling with the ladies in bars and such. I was thinking about purchasing Ammo and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). Would this be a good combo? How many sprays would be good given my age? From what I’ve read it seems like 1 spray of Ammo, and 2 sprays of Instant Openness all on the neck would be the best bet. Some input on this would be great though. Thanks all. ---

Hi dingus, and welcome to pherotalk! I think you’ve selected the perfect combo for an introduction to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). Ammo and IO are pretty much idiot-proof (no offense or anything) in that a few sprays will never go amiss. There are certainly limits to effectiveness, what we call an OD, but you can test different levels of pheros for different reactions really easily with either Ammo or IO. Before going on the prowl so to speak, I do suggest testing for your sweet spot with each product individually. To do this, it’s customary to start by wearing a single spray of a single product in your daily life to become accustomed to the type of interactions you can expect, and work your way up to an intentional OD (usually upwards of a half dozen sprays) to get a feel for the range of effects. I know it seems like a time investment, but it makes the difference in your approach given enough experience. You really need to work out for yourself what the best dosage is, because we can’t know your physiology as well as you. But yes, your mingle mix is a decent variety 😛 I’ve used it myself on occasion. here are some effective combos, AMMO + Instant SHine (parties and clubs) AMMO + IH (dates) A314 + TUTH (Clubs) Dose, one has to find out on your own through sweet spot testing… cause each one has his own sweet spot because of body chemisty.. start with one spray and move up Not more than 2 sprays of AMMO and tuth may be required.. ---

Thank you both for your input. Much appreciated. [A314](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic/) + [TUTH](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) (Clubs), is this too strong of a mix for my age? Or because you’re in a club, you need that combo? Big-time newbie here haha. I will definitely try to only apply one type to start. Gauge any reactions. What are some noticeable indications that [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or IS are working? To note, I have fairly good social skills, but lack a little initial confidence. I’m thinking these can help me with that. ---

Welcome Dingus, You are new so remember that because of that you need to familiarize yourself with these products before mixing and going into combos. In addition, everyone is different and in order to find out how many sprays you will need you will have to find what we call your sweet spot. This will be a great opportunity to read that thread in my signature introducing you to mones which includes everything you need to know before jumping in Your gc was issued!
