I’m a 44 year old woman from Northern VA. I am about to start working with a woman who is under a great deal of stress and am interested in finding a phermone mix to help her chill and recognize my general awesomeness. I did not realize she would be my supervisor when I interviewed for a position with her and I have heard through the grapevine that I got off on the wrong foot by being too deferential to one of her male co-workers and not attentive enough to her. In general I am very well liked at my office but entering this type of pressure-cooker situation with a person who already doesn’t like me has me a bit concerned. I am thinking [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine but am open to other options that would let her know from the start that I’m super competent so she won’t feel the need to micromanage me but I also don’t want her competing with me either. ---

Welcome to mones land! Well, it sounds like you’re not having so much fun at the new job, but that could change relatively soon! My background is in psychology. I found the forum by researching oxytocin. I am married so for this work situation I am not really interested in the [sexual pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/sensual-pheromones/) (unless the new supervisor is gay; if she had a girl crush on me I suppose that would not be horrible!) To be clear this woman did not hire me; her boss did. Her extremely alpha-male boss. And I haven’t started yet. I just know our first meeting was not all that successful. I am right between an introvert and extrovert on personality tests. I like attention but initiating friendships is unnerving. I can give speeches and am articulate to the point of intimidating people but have had to work hard to overcome my adrenalin and self-consciousness. ---

You might be looking into socials than 🙂 There are few products which you may find beneficial, 1. IO - Helps make icebreaking easier 2. IH - Great for building relationships 3. IShine - For the mood lift in the mornings and when you need that extra smile ---
