Just wanted any input on Turn up the Heat for a newbie to the world of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). Wondering how much to use. Wear to spray, etc. I bought the version 1.1 2.5 mcg Turn Up The Heat and will post my results in the near future. ---

well first of all, welcome to the forum and it depends on what your age is for the exact amount of spray you need to apply as well as the age group of women you’re after. ---

Ok if you’re going for younger girls like me since i’m 18 you need to minimize the amounts of turn up the heat applied and you aren’t too old so you still produce a decent amount of none. For older women somewhere around 2-3 would be sufficient for good results unless you wanna try to go for OD. I wouldn’t suggest going over 5 sprays ---

Okay okay we got it we got it! Go easy on the Turn Up The Heat at first. Start with one spray a day or so for about a week until you get a “feel” for it. Androstenone OD’s are sometimes no fun at all. And many of us, even us old farts (50’s) feel it’s overrated. I’d be looking at the more [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) like Instant Openness. My opinion. ---

hallelujah,Rbt . you can always tell how long someone has been using pheromones for by the amount of androstenone they use. I have TUTH myself in the 5. version, and its strongggg. Its not like A314 which gives that respect thing, its heat… so its appropriate at given times…not daily,its a treat. If a man I was with was wearing more than 1 spray, I might feel aggravated .Maybe it depends alot on your girl. androtics is the only company i trust with that pheromone,and TUTH is a great product, due to perfect dosing. my small opinion is that if your horny enough to be thinking or leaning toward using androstenone, your probably making a decent amount right now. thats just an opinion. ---

been experimenting with Turn Up The Heat for a while now. reg strength. it works best for me when i spray on my chest; 1X NO MORE i like spraying on the chest because it won’t diffuse too quick. I’ve noticed, as i get close to the target to talk, they get a whiff of it on my neck and chest and i can see it havin a gradually incrementing effect. when i first got this, i sprayed a half spray on my neck. My sister, was stuck to my neck and kept asking me, what are you wearin?! that smells soooo good!!! … i worry about her sometimes. think Turn Up The Heat also enhances emotions she feels at the time. can’t wait to try with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) or Instant Female Magic
