Hello I have been an introvert throughout my life. Recently I read an article about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and the role they play in human life. After a little research I was directed to androticsdirect and from there I ended up here. I am confused because there is a lot of material online both in favor and against the use of pheromones. I intend to checkout this forum in details as soon as I finish posting. In the mean time could you please tell me if I, being a 59 years old male, can benefit from pheromones. The person who directed me to androticsdirect specially asked me to read up on A314. Again, will its use benefit me in any way. Thanks ---

I suppose it depends on how well your introversion can be applied to the “man of few words” alpha vibe then..? Which is a viable application for A314. However, if you want to tackle that introversion and be a bit more social, then you may want to consider other products like IO - Pleasant/chatty easy to talk too. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) - Happy/feelgood/social, IG - lighter smart/social status. At 59, an overt sexual like 2x TUTH is usable with all the above in most situations at different doses. This is because our Androstenone output falls as we age and as they age, women tend to move to responding to more overt/stronger doses of it - but don’y pile-on too much TUTH and be a wallflower or avoid eye contact/engaging with people, that way brings creepyman vibes. Hello shahswar, There is so much information on pheromones one can get confused really quick. Pheromones are part of a much bigger system which really is changing into who you want to be. I agree with looking at the **Men’s ultimate Kit** so you would get everything to try and can see what pheromones can really do. Our chemistry is all different and the big key to all of this is testing to see what works for you and with the kit you will be able to see what is a good fit. To start I would look at the socials to start so you can work on conversations and communicating as this is the very first step in anything. So to start I would look at, **IO** An ice breaker and will get things going and I would consider wearing on the throat area so this also helps you open up as well as others. This will get people very chatty. **CTTM2** This one is like IO, but a little deeper and will help get people to connect with you and the conversations will be more meaningful with some bonding. this one is not in the kit just so you know. **IH** I would start with say IO or CTTM2 as they will open people up. Then switch to this one to make the conversations not so shallow and to provide the bonding and to get really get to know someone. Normally I don’t list the socials first, but for you to get things going in the communication department it is very important to start off with these. I would test these until you have them dialed in and then try some of the others. being 59 you have a lot more options like Mobocaster mentions. **A314** At you age this one will be very versatile for just about any situation and environment and would be a perfect daily pheromone for you. Then maybe add some TUTH to the A314 once a woman is more comfortable with you to help with the attraction. The kit has all of these in them except the CTTM2 which is separate, but it is not much. Let us know what you end up getting if you can, and what I will do is help put something together to help make sure you get the very most out of these things and to help you succeed at whatever your goal is. I am just another forum member and like to see others succeed. I hope you create a journal we can follow and others will come in and help as well and does not cost a thing to do this but your time.
