Hi Ankit. This is Anurag here from WESTERN INDIA near mumbai. As per Indian whether and for Indian women’s I go with AMMO + IS. And if she is high class or is an scholar then A314 2 drops oil and AMMO + IS. Start with lower doses first then increase dose and find out your sweet spot.
