Hi folks, I’m a 28 yr old guy currently residing around the D.C. area and I’ve been lurking a bit on the forum and finally bought a batch of pheromones. I picked up: Turn up the Heat A314 Instant Openess (a bonus to-go size of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) was generously included, along w/ a piece of chocolate 🙂) Admitedly, I probably should’ve posted up first BEFORE buying. In doing some reading, I’m not sure if picking up the A314 was the best idea. Some people seem to use it great affect in social situations, but then other people say how “serious” it is and how it makes others standoffish. I think I’m a somewhat quiet person in general, though when someone does end up talking to me they’re usually surprised at how amiable I really am. People have said that before they got to know me better, I gave off sort of a “Don’t bother talking to me, I don’t care” vibe. Which is why I picked up the IO. Not sure if pheromones are best used to accent strong personality traits, or bolster and bring out the weaker ones. Also, I wasn’t sure how much of a difference between Ammo and TUTH was, so I went with TUTH since it seemed a bit more “to the point”. The point being, to hopefully help a female to look at me in a more romantic light. Yes I know it’s mostly up to me, I’m not looking for a magic bullet, just a clearer shot at the target so to speak. I began a bit of testing today actually, in which I put on one spray of IO spread between my hands and neck. I work in an office populated by mostly older females, so…it was hard to gauge any difference. (They talk A LOT everyday, lol). But we’ll see. Uhh…this is alot more than I meant to post actually, and I seem to be rambling. Maybe the IO is working on me? :o Anyhow I’m probably going to pick up a bottle of Instant Shine soon, as that seems to be a good starting point. Once again, glad to be here. Cheers. ---

Cheers. awesome username. yes, posting beforehand would’ve earned you some spare change for your order, but as long as you’re here, you can still qualify. you can use pheros either to highlight strong areas or strengthen weak ones. many times it’s situation-specific (need to talk more, need to talk in a deeper sense, etc) if you use a314 as a quiet person you’ll want to add some personal charm because as you’ve found out, you can be taken the wrong way. ---

Hey 9999, Welcome to the forum! TUTH is more to the point but perhaps a little too much for general wear but if you are using A314 as your base then maybe this is OK. I would definitely back a vote for [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) as it can really help lighten things up and possibly even make you more approachable with the A314 though of that I’m not sure. It’s one of my favorites here. Good Luck with it all! P.S. Hi and welcome! A314 and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) are great first purchases! The best way to start using them is to first find your “sweet spot” for each product individually (which is the best dosage for you to get the best effects, and it varies from person to person). Start with one product only, and use one spray only, each day, for a few days or so. Forget you are wearing it, go about your business as usual. If you do not see effects after a few days, do two sprays for a few days, and so on. Most people see effects from the Instant spray products in one to three sprays. Be careful not to use too much, or you can cause an OD, where people will become confused by your signature and shun or ignore you completely. Once you have found your sweet spots for each product and are comfortable and familiar with the effects, you can mix them. A314 can sometimes be a bit severe on its own, but if you buffer it with Instant Openness or Instant Honesty, it will soften it a bit and make you more approachable (but still respected). Turn Up The Heat is best used in an already sexually charged situation, such as a nightclub or with a woman who is already comfortable and ready to take things to the next level. If you use it in the wrong environment, you can come off as a creepy horny pervy kinda guy, which i don’t think you want. For your next purchase (with your Gift Certificate 😉), you should definitely try Instant Shine. It is one of my personal favorites! ---

Welcome to Pherotalk 9999! Good times, you are here now and you have posted and we are happy you did. Pheromones bring out what is already there and when you get advanced enough you can use certain pheromones to send out a signal to give you that advantage. The difference between TUTH and Ammo is that as was stated before is TUTH is more raw and depending on the situation and the girl may send out a wrong vibe. They both say I am interested sexually but Ammunition is subtle and can be worn daily. I would definitely start with Ammo and work me way up with the Turn up the Heat. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) is a good product as well as instant openness. Instant openess will have other more chatty around you. If they already like to talk, Look out dude. Instant Honesty is for a deeper level of communication. This product is great for making someone feel close to you. A314 is a trust and respect pheromone that gives of the Alpha male vibe. This will assist in getting respect at work. You can’t be shy when wearing this product and will have to let your alpha male shine through. Instant shine is a great addition to all the products and by itself does some great stuff. Wow thanks for all the detailed replies! Usually on forums when someone introduces themselves people are like …“sup, remember to search, noob” haha. I have been testing the Openess to good effect the past couple days. At 2 sprays to the neck, I DEFINITELY feel an effect on myself at least. It’s sort of a heady slightly buzzed feeling, if that makes sense. I look forward to trying out all the other products in time. THANKS for the gift cert, it will be used shortly! ---

[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is really fun on others too. When I first started here, and was still learning how to use the pheros, I was a bit skeptical. Instant Openness was the product that really opened my eyes. I was at a family gathering, where there were a few people who don’t talk much, ever. I sprayed a couple sprays on my hair and wrists, and kind of wandered near them, and all of a sudden these normally quiet people wouldn’t shut up, lol.
