Hi Pherotalk, I am a 25 year old male from Los Angeles. Stumbled onto this site doing some personal research on [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and I’ve got to say a bustling forum discussing the topic definitely helps keep my skepticism at bay. While I have to admit I initially started out looking for an edge in the dating scene, I was surprised and quite happy to find other applications for general social and work situations. I tend to be a little introverted so I find it hard to get noticed in general. One concern is that smoke cigarettes fairly regularly. Does anyone know if this dilutes, nullifies, or changes the effects? ---

Hey MiesterE, You found the right place to learn about pheromones. For one, importance isn’t placed on commercialism here. For the most part, reading the feedback of most here holds enough social proof to inspire to try your self. But whats very important to know is what is your intent? Are you looking to get attention from other women or to get ahead at work? I would assume you are looking for social interaction and in that case you would be interested in ammo and IO. Ammo will bring you the sexual interaction while IO will bring you the desire for social interaction. Thanks for the suggestions, I’m looking at both In terms of meeting women I rely pretty heavily on my socially capable friends to break the ice. Reading some of the posts on IO i think this would work well. I look very young for my age. I think this deters women my age and tired of going out with girls younger than me, usually college age girls have different priorities than I’d like. When it comes to work it’s difficult to get people to take me seriously. Ideally I’d like a little more respect in this arena. ---

Hi and welcome to the forum! If you want respect I would opt for A314. Before you do I would read up as much as you can about this [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/). It is best mixed with a social like IH. It is a very potent pheromone so you would have to use it very sparingly. An alternative would be IG which has a more cooler laid back vibe.
