# Hi everybody

I just recently discovered this forum, I’m a 32 yrs old average looking nordic guy. So far I’m halfway successful with women, mostly because I’m a very social guy, when I’m out it’s always quite easy for me to approach women, and with some of them a “deeper” sexual relationship develops 😃

But as I’m always willing to try out new things I’m going to work my way through the world of mones during the next weeks and months, I’ve even started a little thread at [My "Field Reports" :)](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/my-field-reports/49002) to document my results.

Hey rethnu, welcome! Its great you got yourself a batch of A314, I found that it give the most notable effects. Should definitely start at low amounts and work your way up as too much can irritate people.

If your looking for more to purchase getting IS or IO should help with approachability. IS helps create overall good vibes for yourself and everyone around while IO increases the chattiness. Also [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is the more social version of TUTH if your looking for something sexual.

Its great you started a Journal! It looks like you have the right ideas already 🙂

Hi rethnu - welcome to pherotalk. 🙂

You are maybe better to start a new thread for your journal & keep the other one for your starter questions/experience etc. It can take a wee while to get consistant observation going - although I can speak, as I’m a terrible journal keeper. :o

And what a start! 😃

A314 is certainly one of the highest impact pheros here. As suggested, if you already have your social/personality aspects sorted, you may well want to add something to soften the impact. Personally I find IS & P114 good but less convinced with IO, unless with a smaller amount of A314.

Ammo and TUTH for a more sexual edge of course but recently I’ve found TUTH best kept for higher amounts of A314. Of course things might be quite different for your body chemistry, so I will look forward to reading & learning from your reports. 🙂
