So I’m a 16 year old white guy in high school. I’m gonna be 17 next month 😛. I live in Indiana north of Indy. I always thought pheromones were a scam, a sort of “fringe” thing that didn’t really work. That was, until, I found this incredible knowledge base, along with your store. I see pheromones for everything, and its a little overwhelming to be honest. I’m a fairly attractive guy, I work out, etc etc. But my social life has been a bit… boring recently, and I want something to kick start it. I figured I’d experiment with pheromones. Now I’ve done quite a bit of research since I found this site. So I guess you can spare me on the basics. Apparently, a guy my age produces a good amount of androstenone, so this type of product is less desirable. However, I would still like to experiment with it and see how it works for me. I’m currently considering three different products: Turn Up The Heat - sounds like almost a straight up androstenone, would be good to experiment with AMMo - I’ve heard its one of the best all around products, I like the looks of this one [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) - Sounds like a good social product, along with pheromones and whatnot. I see that people ‘swear’ by this one, so that alone has me convinced I’m really split between these three, and I’m only going to buy 1 product for now, just to get my feet wet in pheromones, so to speak Any advice would be welcome, and thanks in advance for the $15 gift certificate! ---

if you’re only going to get one first then get ammo because it’s the easiest product to use and will probably show the best results. Istant female magic has some negative side effects that might make you fell depressed so it would have to be sprayed on the back of your neck and my experience with it is good but not incredible. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is much preferred in my eyes. TUTH is just an unbalanced ammo pretty much and as a stand alone product, it will not do you much good ---

Hello Welcome to the forum 🙂 I think you would do better with Ammo then with Turn Up The Heat to start with at least. [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) is more calming and mood enhancing then social although those traits can make a person more social. I think you should think about Instant Shine or Instant Openness unless you find yourself around alot of PMSing or bitchy women then you may need IFM. If you are going to buy just 1 then I would defiantly say AMMO. This one is a good all round product that is great for your age group. alright thanks everyone, AMMO was already basically at the top of my list, so I think ill order some of that after I get my gift certificate Hopefully I’ll be posting good results in the near future 😃 ---

Just wanted to drop in and welcome you.. there isn’t that much for me to add.. Really ammo is the best thing to try, I find I use it mostly especially to attract girls.. There are lots of posts you can read besides the stickies, though of course I still recommend you stick to the basics at first. ---

I say get double strength Turn Up The Heat and have them add 50 mcg of extra -none. Blasted if that ain’t what I’ve been doing. Except of course I just order the 50 mcg of the -none. I practically shower with the stuff. Of course I’ve failed to tell you I’m older than the earth and bigger than it too. Maybe that’s why I can’t get any girls. Ahh what do I know anyway? So what do I know? No really that’s a question… OK I know I am sending you your email GC… HAH! What you think about that? ---

Welcome Do you guys really recommend that an active 16 yo use -none based products? Maybe some of the Instant line would be better suited. I just started reading up on [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and have not received any products yet so I’m responding more from an academic perspective than experience at this point. ---

Ammo has lots of -none but well buffered. 16 is young, but if your going to try anything and are set on it, then Ammo. Better for 16 year old is Ishine. Nice happy vibe! Girls love happy vibe. ---
