Hi everyone, i recently became interested in the Pheromones world, and from what I am reading around this is the place to be. I found already a bunch of useful information, and i know a little, but since you never stop improving if you want… Keep up the good job! ---

Thanks for this info, I am already starting my journey in this world, and posted a specific case to be put to the test. I am a 33 Y/o Caucasian male, not a shy person, open minded, and easy to be with, in a good mood I can make a room full of people laugh. But I lost some of my Alpha behaviour due to certain bad episodes of my life recently. My purpose actually is to rekindle with my ex girlfriend (30 caucasian) wich, due to depression problems, broke up with me. I feel that it is worth the trial, but if ultimately she does not thinks is a good thing to get back togeder I cannot force her, and I will better let her go if so she wants. But this will open a road to me for a future relations, and practical use even in my job, so i aim to enrich my life and social interaction, with help of the mones, and the proper way of behave and talk, that will maximize the effect. I am aware that mones are not magic concoctions that will do the work for me, but an instrument that will make things easier if used properly, and since mones can give you an advantage, I am very focused in learning my craft in obtaining this advantage, with the support of folks that have experience in this field. I already ordered products like Scent of Eros and Max Attraction Gold, yet to arrive in my mailbox, but I later discovered the “instant” line of products and saw that seems to be effective. To my actual goal, I saw I have mostly to go fo socializers, to ease the mood, and if occasion occurs, put on some mones to build up the sexual tension, if I got it correctly. Thanks! Many of us joined this forum looking for a way to get back with an ex. I know I did 😉 However, I moved on since, and am very happy about it. Having said that, sometimes it might actually be good to get back together - breaking up can be an unnecessary mistake sometimes. And certainly there are pheromones that could help. Only you know yourself and your ex-girlfriend, so after doing some research you should be able to tell what products might be effective. Just keep in mind, that whatever it would be, it will only work if she actually still has strong feelings to you and considers getting back together. If she doesn’t, no pheromone will make her. If there is a chance, and if you have regular contact with her, I’d suggest a mix of something androsterone-based (like [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) or A314) plus Instant Honesty and/or P74 with a tiny bit of androstenone product, like Ammo (to keep the mix from being too best-friend or daddy-like). Also androstadienone, known as A-1 can be invaluable in such situation, especially over longer time, with regular and repeated exposures. It is not available from AD though, and is a difficult pheromone to use. Do your reading on that. Anyway, thanks for the additional info 🙂 ---

Unfortunely we are on a long distance relationship, and she still wants to talk to me, and keep my stuff at her place, she just seems to have lost athe “spark” she even went jealous over a girl that is complimenting me on facebook, telling me that “she is not the type for you” but my ex knows only that she exists and still she judges that she is not the right one for me XD we arranged to see each other in two weeks from now. there is still a feeling, since I can even caress her butt for examble and she is ok with it, and she finds time to talk to me even for a n our or so. Welcome Shane, I think that it is sweet that you are trying to get your ex back especially if you feel that she is someone who you can go all the way like marriage.
