Hi Guys and Gals, I’ve just started reading into the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I did read the boot camp and got clearer idea of how they work. But I wanted to get some advice from some of the experienced users. I want to get more attention from women. I’m a realtor and there are a lot of beautiful women in this type of work, we always go out for drinks and I just want to get more attention from them and see where things go. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am 28 5’8’ and weigh about 225.. ok looking i guess… ---

Hello Dude! If you planed to use pheros in your job environnemnt, you should be especialy carefull with any stuff contening Androstenone. You may considere Ammunition v1.5 at 2.5 mcg androstenone (start with 1 or 2 sprays) and add some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) along. A314 is fine too. but it can give a serious/respectfull vibe (interesting in your job btw) wich sometime create a distance with young women. It need some Androstenol - perhaps Instant Openess - to keep the approchability. It Also depend on your personality and behavior. If you are a kind of lone wolf, A314 can ccentuate this a little bit. If you are the funny, super social guy, it may not be a probleme. MARIK ---

Hi Welcome to the forum. 🙂 Marik has already given some great advice but I would just like to add that for after work the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) will also be good. I would go with a spray of Turn Up The Heat and some shine. Or after you have tested it and see how much none you can get away with wearing a dab or 2 of Ammo 1 spray of TUTH and a few of shine.
