hi guys, im a 27 years years old female. i live in california and i love this forum because everybody like to help. i love to have fun so i think i will be able to find it here.i have just bought is/a and is /b because i would like to see the differnces on me. have u guys ever tried turn the heat ? im a woman and i am not sure if i can use it. and what about the instant shine?? maybe after trying is/a and is/b i will buy instant shine what do u recommend me?? im not sure what to do . thanks ---

you should most defiantly get IS and I am not sure how TUTH would work on women. ---

Hi and welcome! I am very new myself, but am learning in leaps and bounds, through reading through this forum, and through friendly, helpful experienced users. Hello Welcome to Pherotalk [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) is great to start with. I love them both for the versatility of being able to choose my vibe for the day. Xiphoid has given you a great description of them so you will have a little feel for what they do.
