Welcome to the board jamesbond, its hard to make a recommendation with out knowing what your goals with phermones are. What are you looking for? More hits with women? If thats what your looking for I might try turnuptheheat or ammo. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) has a cologne built in and has more buffers in to soften the “overeagerness” that you may give off. I personally like alittle turnuptheheat mixed with instant honesty as a buffer. My wife likes more of an alpha male vibe and cant stay off me when I wear a314.
